A NOTE from the Publisher Welcome to the July issue of NEA Kids’ Directory, the newest addition to the Occasions Publishing Group family of publications. JULY 3 4th Fest 2019, presented by Bayird Auto Group, Ashley HomeStore and East Arkansas Broadcasters, will begin Wednesday with a fireworks show at 9 p.m. at Joe Mack Campbell Park. The event continues July 4 at 9 a.m. with a “Red, White and Blue Color Run,” an untimed race for the whole family where participants are doused in patriotic-colored powder as they make their way through the course.
