Let’s Go Fly A Kite Cupcakes Ingredients: • Cooled Cupcakes ( baked from a boxed cake mix) • Sugar Wafer Cookies • White Frosting • Blue Food Coloring • Green Food Coloring
Directions:
Bake cupcakes according to the package directions and allow to cool completely. Spoon 1/3 of the white icing into a pastry bag with a decorating tip, set aside. In the remaining 2/3 icing, mix in blue food coloring until you have your desired sky color. Spread blue icing over all of the cupcakes. Pipe the white icing over the blue to make clouds. Cut wafers with serated knife into diamond shapes to resemble kites. Place on top of the cupcakes. Mix the remaining blue icing with green food coloring. Pipe a cross on the kite with a string for the tail.
