While professionally created ads are accepted, they are not required. In fact, we would be glad to custom design an ad for you that will attract customers. You may provide images, logos, digital pictures, text, and/or a copy of what you want your ad to feature. Our graphic designer will personally create your ad at a production fee of $65, which includes an hour of design time and up to two proofs. Additional work and extensive creation will be quoted prior to production. All copy is subject to approval of publisher, and all ads remain the property of Hampton Roads Metro Woman, which may not be reproduced without consent.

If you choose to supply a print-ready ad or would like to submit materials for our designer to use in your ad, please adhere to these guidelines to ensure successful reproduction and to avoid additional fees. Accepted file types: submit via email at 300 dpi or higher in .psd, .ai, .tif, .pdf, or .jpeg. IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not accept ads in Microsoft Publisher or Word. Also, ad must be designed within the exact physical ad size specifications. If any adjustments or alterations are needed for an ad you’ve provided, a nominal fee will be charged.
