MEMBERSHIP

Tennessee National's dynamic Membership welcomes newcomers to a casual style of elegance, offering access to contemporary amenities at one of the premier clubs in Tennessee.

CLUBHOUSE DINING

Overlooking a gorgeous view of the vast Tennessee hills, the clubhouse is one of the social centerpieces at the club. With full-service dining, you can savor the day over cocktails or stay for the evening and enjoy delicious selections from our menu that please every palette.

CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF

Tennessee National offers a breathtaking and challenging 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Greg Norman, that exemplifies what sets apart an 18-hole facility from other clubs. The club’s practice facility includes a dual-ended driving range, short game complex and multiple putting greens.

TOPTRACER DRIVING RANGE

The ultimate driving range offers a wide range of fun for the entire family, including golf, cornhole games, fire pits, a full bar, comfortable seating and overhead TVs showing all your favorite live sports. Take advantage of Toptracer's track skill progression with custom profiles that record every shot distance, flight, and speed. Play some of the world’s most famous golf courses, including St. Andrews or Pebble Beach. Enjoy a library of family-friendly games, target long drive, wedge, short game, and other specialized drill games.

POOL & SPA

Tennessee National Members and Residents bask in the sun at our large custom saltwater pool with an extensive sun deck, circular water slide and in-ground heated spa. The pool complex is situated with exceptional views of the community and has changing rooms and an outdoor grilling area!

MARINA

The Tennessee National Marina provides access to the Tennessee River system for sailing North to Knoxville, as part of the Vol Navy on Gameday, or sailing south to Chattanooga or even to the Gulf of Mexico. Watts Bar is a controlled level 39,000 acre TVA lake stretching 72 miles and home to some of the best bass fishing in the state. The Tennessee National Marina's easy-to-use ramp and waterfront shorelines make loading and unloading a breeze! Home to 140 covered boat slips, rental pontoon boats, and a community shipstore, explore the natural wonders of Watts Bar Lake.

PICKLEBALL

Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the United States! It's terrific for people of all ages and skill levels. Tennessee National Members and Guests can play on the courts or relax with a cold beverage and view the action from the comfort of a nearby covered viewing pavilion.

SILO'S FITNESS CENTER

Tennessee National's Silo's Fitness Center incorporates technology into fitness regimes. With virtual reality workouts or interactive fitness apps that track your progress and challenge you to go the extra mile, the possibilities are endless! Silo's Fitness Center prides itself on its personalized approach to fitness with a Team of expert trainers and nutritionists guiding you toward your fitness goals.

NATURE TRAILS

Explore the 1,400 acres of Tennessee National through the many miles of walking, running and biking trails. Deer, turkey and even bald eagles are a common sight throughout the property. Enjoy a leisurely walk following paved paths along the golf course, or for a more challenging venture, walk or bike through the old farm roads and wooded trails. There are rest stations along many of the trails with benches and picnic tables at scenic areas with river and Smoky Mountain views. 4

Young Executive Memberships shall be limited to persons between 20-40 years of age, transitioning to Traditional Membership at 41 years old.

National Golf Memberships apply to persons living outside the state of Tennessee or more than a seventy-five (75) mile radius from the club.

Initiation fees are non-refundable. Pricing includes sales tax. Monthly payments are subject to change each year. The club reserves the right to modify Club Member Golf Privileges. Covenant on property is required for acceptance into the club. This Club Declaration mandates future buyers of property to become at least a Club Member at Tennessee National. If Covenant is not executed, the club holds the right to reserve the unissued Membership and in turn, not offer a Membership to any subsequent buyer of that residence. January 2026.

ARE THERE FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS? No.

HOW LONG DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS TAKE?

It usually takes 2 days for your paperwork to be approved and processed.

HOW DO I MAKE A TEE TIME?

HOW DO I RENT A BOAT?

Renting a pontoon boat is extremely easy! You may simply call Tennessee National at (865) 657-3617 to ask for availability, or book online. One of our boating pros will find the perfect boat for you and your crew. For the best sunrises, sunsets, and water temperatures, it is recommended to book between April and October.

ARE DINING RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?

Reservations are strongly encouraged but not required. To make a dinner reservation, you may call: ( 865) 657-2001 EXT 3

WHAT ARE THE GRATUITY/TIPPING POLICIES?

An automatic 20% service charge is added to all food and beverage purchases not closed at the day's end. Tipping is at the discretion of the Member.

MAY I BRING GUESTS TO THE CLUB?

We encourage Members to bring their friends. Guest fees vary depending on the time of year.
