TERRENO COMMUNITY NEWS: The Annual Mulch Installation throughout the Community will be starting on September 28th and go through October 3rd. The HOA & Rec Area Annual Meetings, 2027 Budget Adoption Meeting and Board Member Election have been scheduled for Tuesday, October 27th in the Clubhouse! HOA Correspondence: If you have just started receiving HOA correspondence, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Terreno community! As recent buyers in Terreno, you’ve now been added to our distribution list to ensure you’re up to date with all the latest news, events, and important communications from your HOA. And please join us at any of our events and start to meet your neighbors. Cell Phone Reception: Given the extremely poor cell phone reception throughout the Orange Tree area of Collier County, we strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the FCC against your cell carrier (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.). If enough complaints are submitted, it could increase the likelihood of having a local cell tower installed in the area. You can check your balance due on your Client Connect Portal. Login to Amenities: On our website www.terrenohoa.com home page and make a onetime payment to your Olive & Thyme balance. You can set up ACH: For your Olive & Thyme statements. There is an authorization form in the Management Office. Alliance Bank: The direct link to Alliance Bank to make your quarterly payments is also on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. This site is only for payments and payment information.
Closed Homes: As of 8/31/2026 we have 398 closed homes. Welcome to all our new Terreno Homeowners! Notary Service: Notary service is available in the HOA office during business hours. $10.00 per notarization stamp. ARC: CLICK HERE for the Terreno ARC Guidelines. All outside enhancements to your home require an ARC application with approval. This includes landscape changes, generators, garage mini-splits A/C, water softeners, satellite dishes, lawn ornaments, flowerpots, etc. If you have already made any changes and have not submitted an ARC for approval, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your changes have been documented. Please note that vendor signs are not permitted to be displayed. Help Us – Help You: As your community property manager, we are committed to ensuring our community remains a safe and comfortable place for everyone. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns you may encounter. Here are a few areas where your feedback is crucial: · Gate Malfunctions: If you notice any problems with our community gates, such as slow operation, failure to open or close properly, please inform me immediately. · Streetlights: Properly functioning streetlights are essential for everyone’s safety, especially during evening hours. Should you observe any streetlights that are out or malfunctioning, please let me know the exact location so we can address it promptly. · Sidewalks: Should you encounter any sidewalks in need to repair, please report immediately the location so repairs can be made. · Irrigation Emergency: If there is a true irrigation emergency after hours or over the weekend, please call Sunnygrove: 239-218-5528 to report. LIFESTYLE & EVENTS September is here! The month of August was filled with laughter, connection, and community spirit here at Terreno! Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!
August 6 - Terreno Thrives Alligator Presentation: Residents enjoyed an informative and entertaining Terreno Thrives presentation with Beth Hamm, also known as “Gator Beth,” a licensed alligator trapper with FWC. Beth shared fascinating insights into Florida’s alligators and offered helpful tips on safely living alongside these iconic Florida residents. The highlight of the presentation was Beth’s special guest, Tortellini—a small gator who was named by the Terreno group! It was a fun and memorable opportunity to learn more about these incredible creatures up close.
August 7 – School Supply Drive Drop Off: A Big Thank You, Terreno! A heartfelt thank you to all of our generous Terreno residents for your wonderful school supply donations through Terreno Together, our community program focused on giving back and supporting those in need. Your generosity will help Village Oaks Elementary in Immokalee provide students with the supplies they need for a successful school year. The Principal and Vice Principal were there to accept the donations and were incredibly grateful for the support from the Terreno community. Thank you, Terreno residents, for coming together and making a difference! August 7 – Back to School Pool Party & Ice Cream Bar: Our Back-to-School Pool Party and Make-Your-Own Ice Cream Bar was a sweet success! As summer comes to an end and kiddos head back to school, we had a great time celebrating with our Terreno families and sending our students off for a happy and successful school year!
August 11 – Art Workshop Coastal Resin Coasters: What a fun workshop! Residents created their own individual sets of resin coasters with a beautiful coastal vibe. Every set was completely unique—and absolutely gorgeous! With so much creativity and talent right here in our community, we may just need a Terreno Boutique featuring resident-made creations! Looking forward to next month’s Autumn Wreath Class!
August 13 – Terreno Open Table at The Turtle Club: A party of 22 Terreno Foodies gathered at The Turtle Club for a fun evening of delicious food, excellent service, and great company. After dinner, we headed to the sandy cocktail lounge to enjoy drinks and a gorgeous sunset over the beach. Good food, great service, great company, and a beautiful Naples sunset—what more could you ask for? Next month, Terreno Open Table is taking advantage of the Naples Sizzle Dining prixfixe program with a visit to La Salière!
August 18 – Sip & Social: This month’s Sip & Social was a great time! We welcomed lots of new faces, enjoyed some delicious appetizers, and got to know our neighbors a little better with a fun game of Mingle Bingo. Congratulations to our three winners, and thank you to everyone who joined in the fun! Join us on September 29 for our Sip & Social: Fall Edition! This month will be a potluck featuring delicious fall-inspired dishes. Bring your favorite fall recipe to share and enjoy an evening of good food and great company!
August 29 – Grand Opening Anniversary Celebration: What a milestone! Over 250 Residents came together to celebrate Terreno’s one-year grand opening anniversary — a joyful, sold-out gathering filled with laughter, community spirit, and reflection on an incredible first year. From the moment doors opened last year to this vibrant celebration, Terreno has quickly become more than just a place to live — it’s a place to belong. Here’s to the memories made this past year, and to many more ahead!
