HOA Correspondence: If you have just started receiving HOA correspondence, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Terreno community!
As recent buyers in Terreno, you’ve now been added to our distribution list to ensure you’re up to date with all the latest news, events, and important communications from your HOA. And please join us at any of our events and start to meet your neighbors.
Cell Phone Reception: Given the extremely poor cell phone reception throughout the Orange Tree area of Collier County, we strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the FCC against your cell carrier (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.). If enough complaints are submitted, it could increase the likelihood of having a local cell tower installed in the area. Client Connect: The direct link to Hampton Golf Terreno Community Portal is on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. You can check your balance due on your Client Connect Portal.
Login to Amenities: On our website www.terrenohoa.com home page and make a onetime payment to your Olive & Thyme balance.
You can set up ACH: For your Olive & Thyme statements. There is an authorization form in the Management Office.
Alliance Bank: The direct link to Alliance Bank to make your quarterly payments is also on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. This site is only for payments and payment information.
Closed Homes: As of 5/4/2026 we have 360 closed homes. Welcome to all our new Terreno Homeowners!
Notary Service: Notary service is available in the HOA office during business hours. $10.00 per notarization stamp.
ARC: CLICK HERE for the Terreno ARC Guidelines. All outside enhancements to your home require an ARC application with approval. This includes landscape changes, generators, garage mini-splits A/C, water softeners, satellite dishes, lawn ornaments, flowerpots, etc. If you have already made any changes and have not submitted an ARC for approval, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your changes have been documented. Please note that vendor signs are not permitted to be displayed.
Help Us – Help You: As your community property manager, we are committed to ensuring our community remains a safe and comfortable place for everyone. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns you may encounter.
Here are a few areas where your feedback is crucial:
· Gate Malfunctions: If you notice any problems with our community gates, such as slow operation, failure to open or close properly, please inform me immediately.
· Streetlights: Properly functioning streetlights are essential for everyone’s safety, especially during evening hours. Should you observe any streetlights that are out or malfunctioning, please let me know the exact location so we can address it promptly.
· Sidewalks – Should you encounter any sidewalks in need to repair, please report immediately the location so repairs can be made.
· Irrigation Emergency – If there is a true irrigation emergency after hours or over the weekend, please call Sunnygrove: 239-218-5528 to report.

May is here!
The month of April was filled with laughter, connection, and community spirit here at Terreno!
Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!
April 2 - Springtime Tea Party: We had such a lovely afternoon with neighbors and friends at our tea tasting get-together, on the veranda. Everyone had a chance to try different teas, chat, and learn a little about their benefits—all while enjoying lots of homemade treats that guests brought along (everything was delicious!).
Later, we headed inside and got a little creative making flower-pressed bookmarks. It was a fun, relaxed way to wrap up the day, and everyone went home with something beautiful they made themselves.
April 3 - Easter Egg Hunt: What an incredible kickoff to the first annual Terreno Easter Egg Hunt!
Over 60 kids filled the afternoon with energy, laughter, and nonstop excitement as they raced through the egg hunt and explored all the fun stations. From creative arts and crafts to magical photos with the Easter Bunny and large inflatables, every corner was packed with smiles.
We wrapped up with a make-your-own sundae ice cream bar, the perfect sweet ending to an exciting day.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a huge success— we’re already looking forward to making next year even bigger, brighter, and more fun!
April 9 - Open Table Luncheon at Cooper’s Hawk Winery - Wine Tasting & Lunch: Twelve neighbors, looking sharp, came together for a lively and luxurious afternoon that began with a guided wine tasting and continued with a delightful lunch at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, seated in the gorgeous Cabernet Room.
From the first pour to the final bite, it was a memorable outing filled with great flavors, relaxed conversation, and the kind of easy camaraderie that makes community gatherings so special.
April - Line Dancing: Boots on, hats out, and everyone showed up ready to dance!
We powered through 8 line dances, and by the end, everyone was moving like pros. Lots of laughs, great energy, and nonstop fun from start to finish.
It turned into more of a boot-stomping good time than a class—and the best news is we’re bringing it back with new moves!
April 21 - Terreno Thrives with Guest: Bill McDaniel, County Commissioner: What a great turnout for our visit from District 5 County Commissioner Bill McDaniel! He covered a wide range of important topics, from infrastructure improvements to new cell tower developments, and took the time to answer many thoughtful questions from residents. It was a very informative and engaging meeting. We look forward to welcoming him back again at the end of the year!
April 24 - Terreno Car Show: Terreno’s first car show was a huge success!
Huge shoutout to host Russ Williams for doing an incredible job bringing it all together. There were 28 amazing cars on display and an awesome turnout all around.
April 26 - Sound Bowl Meditation: Sound bowl meditation was the perfect way to wrap up the weekend!
Five residents joined us for a peaceful, immersive experience, surrounded by softly lit bowls and candles throughout the space. A truly calming and memorable evening Mark your calendars for the next Sound Bowl Meditation, with Justine on May 31st 6pm.
April 29 - Make a Derby Hat: The Kentucky Derby Hat DIY Shop was filled with lots or creativity!
We spent the evening transforming basic hats into over-the-top Derby masterpieces worthy of the grandstands at Churchill Downs.
Terreno Residents are now Kentucky Derby ready! See you all at the Derby Day Soiree!
