HOA Correspondence: If you have just started receiving HOA correspondence, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Terreno community!
As recent buyers in Terreno, you’ve now been added to our distribution list to ensure you’re up to date with all the latest news, events, and important communications from your HOA. And please join us at any of our events and start to meet your neighbors.
Cell Phone Reception: Given the extremely poor cell phone reception throughout the Orange Tree area of Collier County, we strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the FCC against your cell carrier (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.). If enough complaints are submitted, it could increase the likelihood of having a local cell tower installed in the area. Client Connect: The direct link to Hampton Golf Terreno Community Portal is on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. You can check your balance due on your Client Connect Portal.
Login to Amenities: On our website www.terrenohoa.com home page and make a onetime payment to your Olive & Thyme balance.
You can set up ACH: For your Olive & Thyme statements. There is an authorization form in the Management Office.
Alliance Bank: The direct link to Alliance Bank to make your quarterly payments is also on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. This site is only for payments and payment information.
Closed Homes: As of 5/18/2026 we have 367 closed homes. Welcome to all our new Terreno Homeowners!
Notary Service: Notary service is available in the HOA office during business hours. $10.00 per notarization stamp.
ARC: CLICK HERE for the Terreno ARC Guidelines. All outside enhancements to your home require an ARC application with approval. This includes landscape changes, generators, garage mini-splits A/C, water softeners, satellite dishes, lawn ornaments, flowerpots, etc. If you have already made any changes and have not submitted an ARC for approval, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your changes have been documented. Please note that vendor signs are not permitted to be displayed.
Help Us – Help You: As your community property manager, we are committed to ensuring our community remains a safe and comfortable place for everyone. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns you may encounter.
Here are a few areas where your feedback is crucial:
· Gate Malfunctions: If you notice any problems with our community gates, such as slow operation, failure to open or close properly, please inform me immediately.
· Streetlights: Properly functioning streetlights are essential for everyone’s safety, especially during evening hours. Should you observe any streetlights that are out or malfunctioning, please let me know the exact location so we can address it promptly.
· Sidewalks – Should you encounter any sidewalks in need to repair, please report immediately the location so repairs can be made.
· Irrigation Emergency – If there is a true irrigation emergency after hours or over the weekend, please call Sunnygrove: 239-218-5528 to report.

Thank you for your cooperation in making the Terreno community a great place to live. Together, we can ensure that every resident enjoys a high standard of living and peace of mind.
Pool and Restaurant Hours: As we enter the summer months, late evening participation has dropped off in our efforts to manage payroll effectively and ensure the team gets out on time to have some work-life balance. Please note that the last call at Olive & Thyme is 9:45 p.m., and the restaurant closes promptly at 10:00 p.m.
Glass Containers and Alcoholic Beverages: For the safety of all residents and guests, glass bottles and other glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. Broken glass can create significant safety hazards and may require closure of the pool area for cleanup and inspection.
Additionally, alcoholic beverages not purchased from Olive & Thyme are not permitted within the fenced pool area or at the amenity campus tables while the restaurant is operating. This policy helps ensure compliance with applicable licensing requirements and Association rules. We respectfully ask residents and guests not to bring outside beer, wine, liquor, or other alcoholic beverages into these areas.
Umbrellas and General Cleanup: We kindly ask all residents and guests to help keep the amenity areas looking their best by properly disposing of trash and returning umbrellas and furnishings to their appropriate locations after use. While our staff assists with maintaining these areas, everyone’s cooperation helps preserve the facilities and reduces unnecessary wear and damage.
Restaurant Attire: When dining at Olive & Thyme, residents and guests are asked to wear appropriate attire, including footwear and suitable cover-ups when coming from the pool area. Shirts and shoes are required while dining in the restaurant. This helps maintain a comfortable dining environment for all patrons.
Fitness Center Etiquette: To help maintain a clean and healthy environment for all users, please wipe down fitness equipment after use utilizing the cleaning supplies provided. We also ask that weights, dumbbells, and other equipment be returned to their proper locations when you are finished.
E-Bikes and Bicycles: For the safety of all residents, e-bikes, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and similar devices are not permitted within the pool enclosure or on the pool deck.
Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the clubhouse, restaurant, fitness center, or within the fenced pool area. Residents and guests who wish to smoke or vape may do so only in the designated area near the parking lot and are asked to properly dispose of cigarette butts and related materials in the ashtrays provided.
Poolside Service: Please remember that food and beverage service is not available poolside. Residents wishing to purchase food or beverages may do so through the restaurant or at the bar and enjoy them in designated areas in accordance with community rules.

June is here!
The month of May was filled with laughter, connection, and community spirit here at Terreno!
Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!
May 2 - Derby Day Soiree: Our Derby Day Soirée was a wonderful afternoon filled with great company, festive fun, prizes and Derby spirit. More than 40 residents joined us in the Derby VIP Lounge tent to enjoy mint juleps, socialize, and take part in the celebration.
One of the highlights of the event was our Derby fashion show, where residents showed off their stylish outfits and creative hats. From classic Derby looks to bold statement pieces, everyone brought their own flair to the runway.
Residents also gathered to watch the big race together and witness a historic win as the first female trainer in Derby history took home the victory with Golden Tempo.
The kids had a great time as well, stepping into the role of “jockey for the day” with their own horse races after choosing their horses from the stable.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success. We loved seeing the community come together for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and celebration.
May 4 - Cinco De Mayo Zumba Class:
Even though we were a small group, we were mighty and full of energy for the Cinco de Mayo dance fitness class! Vanessa kept the momentum going with upbeat Latin music and brought out some of her best moves. Everyone’s hips were definitely shaking in celebration.
May 7 - Mother’s Day Fashion Show & Shopping Event: What a special day dedicated to all the Terreno moms! We had an absolute blast at the Mother’s Day Fashion Show and shopping event. The house was packed with incredible vendors, talented models, and enthusiastic shoppers!
The runway was filled with so many stylish outfits that inspired guests to keep shopping long after the show ended, finding their one-of-a-kind pieces from our host, The Secret Ingredient. Many moms in attendance also walked away with wonderful door prizes generously donated by our amazing vendors.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this special event such a success. Your support, energy, and style made the day truly unforgettable!
May 8 - St Matthew’s Community Drive: St. Matthew’s House was so impressed and had so many wonderful things to say about our generous Terreno residents. Penny, our Donor Manager, was over the moon as she collected donations that filled her van to the top!
Even on a hot day, so many of you came out with thoughtful and generous contributions. Your kindness and community spirit truly made a difference.
We will certainly do this again soon. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped support this amazing cause!
May 11 - Coffee with CAM and Cops: Cpl. Sherry Rego and her team delivered an outstanding presentation packed with valuable information — from highlighting Collier County’s top-of-the-line training and resources, crime prevention, safety tips to explaining important e-bike rules. Great job by everyone involved!
May 12 - Terreno Thrives: Unlock the power of AI: Another insightful session at this month’s Terreno Thrives with TDM Technology expert Torrence Mack!
This session was packed with practical and creative ways to incorporate AI apps into our daily routines—from snapping photos of your fridge to generate recipe ideas, restoring old photos to helping interpret lab results and doctor’s orders.
We’re excited for even more engaging classes and learning opportunities from TDM Tech in the future!
May 14 - Adult Art Class: Floral Bouquets on Canvas: What a sweet and super creative project this turned out to be! Who knew we had so much talent at Terreno? In this month’s art session, we painted the canvas backdrop with an acrylic fade, decoupaged the vase with floral prints, then arranged beautiful bouquets with a mix of real colorful wildflowers and pastel silk flowers. Check out the photos of these gorgeous works of art!
May 15 - Spa Day: Spa Day turned out to be a great success, even though our manicure specialist had to cancel due to a personal emergency. We still enjoyed a full night of mini facials with Ari, and her clients were thrilled with the results. Because of the great feedback, we’re already scheduling her again in July.

May 21 - Sip & Social: What a fantastic evening at our latest Community Sip & Social! More than 20 residents — along with several new faces — gathered together for a night filled with great conversation, laughter, and neighborly fun. Everyone brought their favorite bottles and tasty snacks to share, creating the perfect mix of flavors and fellowship.
Inspired by the stormy weather rolling through Naples and the start of hurricane season, we turned up the excitement with a spirited round of “Hurricane Trivia!” Residents tested their storm knowledge and learned a few surprising facts along the way. Congratulations to our trivia champion, who took home a beautiful bottle of wine to enjoy at our next Sip & Social gathering!
Coming Up Next: Father’s Day Sip & Social — Rib Rivalry Contest! Get ready to bring your best BBQ skills as neighbors battle it out for rib bragging rights. Whether you’re competing or just coming to taste and socialize, it’s sure to be another fun-filled evening you won’t want to miss!

May 25 - Memorial Day Pool Party: Stars, Stripes & Swim was the perfect way to honor Memorial Day while kicking off summer together at Terreno!
Residents gathered poolside for an afternoon filled with sunshine, and community spirit. From delicious tacos, sweet ice cream and refreshing watermelon to friendly rounds of volleyball and patriotic trivia, there was something for everyone to enjoy. And of course the kiddos' favorite was the old school slip & slide!
Most importantly, the event gave our community an opportunity to come together in remembrance and gratitude for those who have served our country, while celebrating the friendships and moments that make Terreno feel like home. Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable and meaningful start to the summer season!
May 26 - Kitchen Kutz: Terreno’s Community Knife Sharpening Day was a cut above the rest! Residents brought in their kitchen knives, and thanks to Kitchen Kutz, there are no more dull blades in Terreno kitchens — just sharp tools ready for some serious cooking adventures!
Missed this round? Don’t worry — Kitchen Kutz will be back for their next visit on August 25th!
May 26 - Yappy Hour Fur-nale: Our Yappy Hour season fur-nale was a total blast! Our furry friends enjoyed delicious pup cups while pawrents learned valuable, life-saving tips and techniques to help keep their fur babies safe and healthy.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for another tail-wagging season of fun, friendship, and community spirit. Stay tuned… Yappy Hour will be back this fall for more paws, play, and happy tails!
May 28 - Explore Naples: Sunset Tiki Boat Ride: Tiki time was a total success! Neighbors set sail on a Sunset Tiki Boat Tour of Naples Bay, enjoying gorgeous weather and a much-appreciated break from the daily afternoon downpours. The cruise featured breathtaking waterfront views, a close-up look at the magnificent homes of Port Royal, and plenty of laughter along the way. After an unforgettable sunset on the water, the fun continued with dinner at The Boathouse, where neighbors shared great food, stories, and lots of laughs. It was the perfect Southwest Florida evening—tropical vibes, beautiful scenery, and wonderful company!

Olive & Thyme is open Wednesday through Sunday 12PM to 10PM with the kitchen closing at 8PM.
