TERRENO COMMUNITY NEWS:
Dress Code Policy at Olive & Thyme Bar & Grille: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for all Guests, we kindly ask that Residents and Guests observe the following dress code when visiting Olive and Thyme Bar & Grille:
· Shirts and shoes are required at all times.
· Swimwear must be properly covered when dining or ordering food and beverages.
· Footwear is required for safety and health reasons.
Hurricane Season : Officially started June 1st and goes through November 30th.
HOA Correspondence: If you have just started receiving HOA correspondence, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Terreno community!
As recent buyers in Terreno, you’ve now been added to our distribution list to ensure you’re up to date with all the latest news, events, and important communications from your HOA. And please join us at any of our events and start to meet your neighbors.
Cell Phone Reception: Given the extremely poor cell phone reception throughout the Orange Tree area of Collier County, we strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the FCC against your cell carrier (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.). If enough complaints are submitted, it could increase the likelihood of having a local cell tower installed in the area. Client Connect: The direct link to Hampton Golf Terreno Community Portal is on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. You can check your balance due on your Client Connect Portal.
Login to Amenities: On our website www.terrenohoa.com home page and make a onetime payment to your Olive & Thyme balance.
You can set up ACH: For your Olive & Thyme statements. There is an authorization form in the Management Office.
Alliance Bank: The direct link to Alliance Bank to make your quarterly payments is also on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. This site is only for payments and payment information.
Closed Homes: As of 6/15/2026 we have 382 closed homes. Welcome to all our new Terreno Homeowners!
Notary Service: Notary service is available in the HOA office during business hours. $10.00 per notarization stamp.
ARC: CLICK HERE for the Terreno ARC Guidelines. All outside enhancements to your home require an ARC application with approval. This includes landscape changes, generators, garage mini-splits A/C, water softeners, satellite dishes, lawn ornaments, flowerpots, etc. If you have already made any changes and have not submitted an ARC for approval, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your changes have been documented. Please note that vendor signs are not permitted to be displayed.
Help Us – Help You: As your community property manager, we are committed to ensuring our community remains a safe and comfortable place for everyone. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns you may encounter.
Here are a few areas where your feedback is crucial:
· Gate Malfunctions: If you notice any problems with our community gates, such as slow operation, failure to open or close properly, please inform me immediately.
· Streetlights: Properly functioning streetlights are essential for everyone’s safety, especially during evening hours. Should you observe any streetlights that are out or malfunctioning, please let me know the exact location so we can address it promptly.
· Sidewalks – Should you encounter any sidewalks in need to repair, please report immediately the location so repairs can be made.
· Irrigation Emergency – If there is a true irrigation emergency after hours or over the weekend, please call Sunnygrove: 239-218-5528 to report.

July is here!
The month of June was filled with laughter, connection, and community spirit here at Terreno!
Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!
June 2 - Terreno Thrives Bee Keeping Presentation: Residents are still buzzing about the fascinating, engaging, and educational Beekeeping Presentation presented by Bill and Michelle Ferry of Ferry Farms! Attendees learned about the intricate structure of a bee colony, including the important roles of worker bees, guard bees, and the queen bee, and how each contributes to the health and success of the hive. Guests were treated to a honey tasting featuring a variety of delicious local honeys and had the opportunity to browse and purchase handcrafted products made right on the Ferry Farms property, including honey, propolis, lip balm, and healing hand salve. The presentation offered a wonderful glimpse into the world of beekeeping and the incredible work these essential pollinators do every day. June 3 - Jump & Jam Kids Clinic: School is out and summer camp season is officially underway! Terreno’s Jump & Jam Kids Clinic was a big success, bringing together boys and girls for an energetic afternoon of fun, movement, and teamwork. They learned and choreographed a hip-hop dance routine in the Movement Studio, then headed outside to the Grass Pad for exciting sports drills and games. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces staying active, making new friends, and kicking off summer with plenty of fun and energy!
June 5 - School’s Out Sundae Celebration: Residents kicked off summer fun poolside with our School’s Out Make-Your-Own Sundae Bar! Neighbors of all ages enjoyed creating their perfect ice cream masterpiece with more than a dozen delicious toppings to choose from. The excitement continued as kids cooled off and burned off energy on the slip-and-slide! Thank you everyone who joined us! Mark your calendars! Our next Sundae Funday will be on July 31st, featuring more ice cream, toppings, and summertime fun. We hope to see you there!
June 9 - Terreno Open Table Luncheon at Baleen: Another fantastic Terreno Open Table is in the books! Neighbors and friends enjoyed a wonderful luncheon at Baleen at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, where everyone enjoyed good conversation and stunning beachfront views, followed by a relaxing beach stroll where we collected shells for an upcoming art project. We’re shaking things up for the summer and switching from luncheons to dinners—so get ready for great food, fun, and fellowship at next month’s Terreno Open Table dinner at Blackbird Modern Asian!
June 23 - Make a Scented Soy Candle Art Workshop: We enjoyed a relaxing and creative afternoon at our Art Workshop, where we each crafted our own hand-poured scented candle. After choosing our favorite fragrances, we melted soy wax and poured custom candles to take home. While our candles cooled and set, we decorated the lids with seashells, pearls, and decoupage, giving each one a beautiful coastal touch.
Our candles turned out so amazing, we may need to open a Terreno Candle Shop to sell these beauties! It was a fun afternoon filled with creativity, great conversation, and beautiful handmade creations we were all proud to take home.
June 24 - Balloon American Flag Community Project: Community spirit was on full display as our amazing resident volunteers came together to create a giant American flag made entirely of balloons in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary and our upcoming 4th of July festivities!
With teamwork, laughter, and patriotic pride, we assembled hundreds of balloons into a spectacular American flag display.
A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and helped bring this creative community project to life. It was a fun reminder that when neighbors work together, great things happen—and a wonderful way to honor 250 years of American history and community spirit.
