TERRENO COMMUNITY NEWS:
Poolside food and beverage service has returned to the pool and cabana area at Olive & Thyme. Poolside Service Hours are Wednesday – Sunday | 12-4 PM.
Hurricane Season : Officially started on June 1st and goes through November 30th.
HOA Correspondence: If you have just started receiving HOA correspondence, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Terreno community!
As recent buyers in Terreno, you’ve now been added to our distribution list to ensure you’re up to date with all the latest news, events, and important communications from your HOA. And please join us at any of our events and start to meet your neighbors.
Cell Phone Reception: Given the extremely poor cell phone reception throughout the Orange Tree area of Collier County, we strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the FCC against your cell carrier (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.). If enough complaints are submitted, it could increase the likelihood of having a local cell tower installed in the area. Client Connect: The direct link to Hampton Golf Terreno Community Portal is on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. You can check your balance due on your Client Connect Portal.
Login to Amenities: On our website www.terrenohoa.com home page and make a onetime payment to your Olive & Thyme balance.
You can set up ACH: For your Olive & Thyme statements. There is an authorization form in the Management Office.
Alliance Bank: The direct link to Alliance Bank to make your quarterly payments is also on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. This site is only for payments and payment information.
Closed Homes: As of 8/3/2026 we have 389 closed homes. Welcome to all our new Terreno Homeowners!
Notary Service: Notary service is available in the HOA office during business hours. $10.00 per notarization stamp.
ARC: CLICK HERE for the Terreno ARC Guidelines. All outside enhancements to your home require an ARC application with approval. This includes landscape changes, generators, garage mini-splits A/C, water softeners, satellite dishes, lawn ornaments, flowerpots, etc. If you have already made any changes and have not submitted an ARC for approval, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your changes have been documented. Please note that vendor signs are not permitted to be displayed.
Help Us – Help You: As your community property manager, we are committed to ensuring our community remains a safe and comfortable place for everyone. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns you may encounter.
Here are a few areas where your feedback is crucial:
· Gate Malfunctions: If you notice any problems with our community gates, such as slow operation, failure to open or close properly, please inform me immediately.
· Streetlights: Properly functioning streetlights are essential for everyone’s safety, especially during evening hours. Should you observe any streetlights that are out or malfunctioning, please let me know the exact location so we can address it promptly.
· Sidewalks – Should you encounter any sidewalks in need to repair, please report immediately the location so repairs can be made.
· Irrigation Emergency – If there is a true irrigation emergency after hours or over the weekend, please call Sunnygrove: 239-218-5528 to report.

August is here!
The month of July was filled with laughter, connection, and community spirit here at Terreno!
Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!
July 4 - 4 th of July Golf Cart Parade: Our inaugural 4th of July Golf Cart Parade was a tremendous success! Neighbors and friends lined the streets to cheer on 21 beautifully decorated golf carts, all decked out in patriotic spirit. It was a wonderful morning filled with creativity, community pride, and plenty of red, white, and blue.
The competition was so impressive that it was incredibly difficult for our judges to choose the winners! With so many festive and creative entries, we awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place in both the Most Spirited and Most Creative categories. Congratulations to all of our winners, and well done to everyone who participated—you truly made this event unforgettable!
We are so excited to be creating new Terreno traditions and can’t wait to make this celebration even bigger and better for years to come.

July 4 - 4th of July Pool Party & BBQ: Our 4th of July BBQ & Pool Party was a Blast! What an incredible celebration! We welcomed more than 200 residents and their guests for an afternoon filled with great food, music, and patriotic fun.
Our DJ kept the energy high with fantastic music, Music Bingo, hula hoop and limbo contests, and plenty of prizes for our enthusiastic winners. Residents raved about the delicious BBQ, making it a favorite part of the day!
Even when stormy weather rolled in, the celebration didn’t miss a beat. We quickly moved the party indoors, the music kept playing, the burgers kept grilling, and everyone continued to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon together.
Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our Independence Day celebration one to remember. Here’s to many more Terreno traditions!
July 7 - Open Table at Blackbird Modern Asian Restaurant: What a fantastic night out! Twelve Terreno neighbors gathered at Blackbird Modern Asian to enjoy incredible food, delicious cocktails, and even better company. From bold Pan-Asian flavors to lots of laughter around the table, it was the perfect evening of making new friends and sharing great memories.
Next stop: The Turtle Club! Join us next month for beachfront dining, stunning Gulf views, and a beautiful sunset with your Terreno neighbors. We hope to see you there!
July 13 - Coffee with Cam: Coffee with Cam was a great success, bringing together more than 50 residents for an informative morning with our guest speakers, Juanito and Jason from Sunnygrove Landscaping. They shared an overview of Sunnygrove’s scope of work throughout Terreno and answered residents’ questions during an engaging Q&A session. A big thank you to Sunnygrove for treating everyone to fresh coffee and donuts while keeping the conversation flowing!
July 14 - Terreno Thrives: Hurricane Talk: Over 70 residents joined us for an informative Hurricane Preparedness Presentation with Oceana Hayden, Meteorologist from WINK News. Oceana shared valuable tips on storm forecasting, emergency planning, evacuation readiness, and how to stay informed throughout hurricane season. Residents had the opportunity to ask questions and left feeling better prepared and more confident for the months ahead. For those who couldn’t attend, you can view her presentation here.
Next up: Join us on August 6 for our next Terreno Thrives session featuring an exciting presentation all about Florida’s alligators with a live little guest!
July 16 - Kids Art Workshop: Kids and parents enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon at our first Paint, Snack & Sip event! Each child created their own unique masterpiece while making new friends and sharing plenty of smiles. We look forward to many more creative afternoons together!
July 17 - Spa Day: All Day Facials: Spa Day was a wonderful success once again with Arri’s Facials! Residents enjoyed relaxing 30-minute and 60-minute facials in a peaceful, spa-like atmosphere, leaving refreshed and rejuvenated.
Don’t miss our next Spa Day on August 21, featuring facials, manicures, pedicures, and massages. Registration is now open, and appointments fill quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot!
July 26 - Sound Bowl & Reiki Meditation Workshop: What a wonderful and relaxing way to wrap up the weekend! Residents enjoyed a peaceful evening of Sound Bowl Meditation and Reiki with Justine, leaving feeling refreshed, recharged, and restored. Thank you to everyone who joined us—we look forward to seeing you at the next session in the fall!
July 28 - Sip & Social : Indoor Picnic Potluck: What a fantastic turnout at our Picnic Potluck! Nearly 40 residents gathered to enjoy an evening filled with great food, laughter, and wonderful company. With more than 30 delicious homemade dishes— from classic potato salad and tender ribs to flavorful smoked trout and so much more—there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Residents also enjoyed sampling different wines, sharing their favorites, and discovering new ones as they dined together. The evening was filled with wonderful conversations as neighbors mingled, made new friends, and celebrated the sense of community that makes Terreno so special.
Thank you to everyone who brought a dish and helped make this community gathering such a memorable success. We can’t wait for the next one!
July 30 - Explore Naples: Shelling Boat Tour: What a perfect day spent cruising to Keewaydin Island! From beautiful weather and dolphin sightings to a fantastic waterfront lunch at The Boathouse, it was a day to remember. Residents enjoyed great company, breathtaking views, and plenty of sunshine while making wonderful memories together. We can’t wait for our next adventure!
July 31 - Sundae Funday: What a fantastic turnout for Sundae Funday as we celebrated the end of July! Residents cooled off with plenty of delicious ice cream and a fun assortment of tasty toppings while enjoying a sweet summer afternoon together.
Join us next Friday, August 7, as we celebrate the kiddos heading back to school with a fun-filled Back-to-School Pool Party featuring games, music, and another delicious Make Your Own Sundae Bar. We can’t wait to see you there!
