We hope this message finds you well. We look forward to the exciting events, activities and updates that are taking place around the Clubhouse.
HOA Correspondence: If you have just started receiving HOA correspondence, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Terreno community!
As recent buyers in Terreno, you’ve now been added to our distribution list to ensure you’re up to date with all the latest news, events, and important communications from your HOA. And please join us at any of our events and start to meet your neighbors.
Quarter 2 HOA assessment fees are due April 1, 2026.
The Quarterly Assessments are:
· Scenic Series - $1,255.17
· Distinctive Series - $1,279.12
· Echelon Series - $1,323.07
Please check your balance due for 4/1 as you may have charges on there for additional gate access stickers, etc.
Cell Phone Reception: Given the extremely poor cell phone reception throughout the Orange Tree area of Collier County, we strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the FCC against your cell carrier (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.). If enough complaints are submitted, it could increase the likelihood of having a local cell tower installed in the area. Please follow this link to file your complaint: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/
Client Connect: The direct link to Hampton Golf Terreno Community Portal is on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. You can check your balance due on your Client Connect Portal.
Login to Amenities: On our website www.terrenohoa.com home page and make a one-time payment to your Olive & Thyme balance.
You can set up ACH for your Olive & Thyme statements. There is an authorization form in the Management Office.
Alliance Bank: The direct link to Alliance Bank to make your quarterly payments is also on our website www.terrenohoa.com home page. This site is only for payments and payment information.
Closed Homes: As of 3/12/2026 we have 351 closed homes. Welcome to all our new Terreno Homeowners!
Notary Service: Notary service is available in the HOA office during business hours. $10.00 per notarization stamp.
ARC: CLICK HERE for the Terreno ARC Guidelines. All outside enhancements to your home require an ARC application with approval. This includes landscape changes, generators, garage mini-splits A/C, water softeners, satellite dishes, lawn ornaments, flowerpots, etc. If you have already made any changes and have not submitted an ARC for approval, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your changes have been documented. Please note that vendor signs are not permitted to be displayed.
Help Us, Help You: As your community property manager, we are committed to ensuring our community remains a safe and comfortable place for everyone. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns you may encounter.
Here are a few areas where your feedback is crucial:
· Gate Malfunctions: If you notice any problems with our community gates, such as slow operation, failure to open or close properly, please inform me immediately.
· Streetlights: Properly functioning streetlights are essential for everyone’s safety, especially during evening hours. Should you observe any streetlights that are out or malfunctioning, please let me know the exact location so we can address it promptly.

April is here!
The start of the year was filled with laughter, connection, and community spirit here at Terreno!
Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!
January 28 - Dueling Pianos: 70+ residents had a blast dancing, singing along to popular songs, and even forming a conga line at our Dueling Pianos show!
The performance was originally planned for outdoors, but due to the chilly weather that evening we brought the party inside. As they say, the show must go on!
Residents brought their favorite beverages and snacks, which made the evening even more fun and festive. We had such an amazing time, and the energy in the room was incredible.
We’re excited to share that we’ll be bringing back a similar performance in June for another fun night

January 31 - Wellness Fair: Our Wellness Fair was a huge success, bringing out 80+ residents for a fun and energizing day!
Residents tried out our new group fitness classes, visited great vendors including a Lifestyle Medicine doctor, podiatrist, and nutritionist, and enjoyed mini-facial giveaways from Restore Wellness Center. There were also pickleball outfits and nontoxic skincare available to shop!
We also surveyed residents on their favorite classes and instructors—and we’re excited to welcome several of them to our fitness program here at Terreno!
What a fantastic day of wellness, connection, and community and lots of great Door Prizes!

February 3 - Terreno Open Table Luncheon Shangri La Spring’s Harvest & Wisdom: Join us for our monthly luncheon where we gather at a local favorite restaurant to enjoy great food, meet new neighbors, and build lasting friendships. Each month we explore a different menu while discovering more about the wonderful places in our community.
It’s a fun and welcoming way to connect with neighbors and explore your new neighborhood!
Last month’s dining feature was Harvest & Wisdom, located at the historic Shangri-La Springs. The restaurant offered a seasonal farm-to-table menu using fresh produce grown in its on-site organic garden, along with locally sourced ingredients. Set on beautiful, garden-filled grounds established in 1926, it was a wonderful blend of history, sustainability, great lunch options and even better company with new friends.

February 5 - Valentine’s Card Making Class: Terreno now hosts monthly art classes, and we kicked things off last month with our inaugural session: Watercolor Card Making for Valentine’s Day
The results were absolutely beautiful! Who knew our community was filled with so many talented and creative artists? We can’t wait to see what everyone creates next!

February 8 - Super Bowl Pre-Game Fun: Terreno residents had an absolute blast kicking around the giant inflatable football and enjoying the football toss game! Kids and adults alike took part and made it a fun-filled experience for everyone.
What a great way to come together, celebrate, and kick off Super Bowl excitement!

February 11 - Mahjongg 5 week Workshop: Our 5-week Mahjongg workshop kicked off last month, and our beginner Mahjonggers are now in their final class—graduating this week!
Starting next week, we’ll be hosting weekly Mahjongg games in the Clubhouse Activity Room for anyone who wants to join—whether you’re a seasoned pro or brand new to the game.
But watch out… these new players learned from a pro instructor who places in the top ranks at National Mahjongg League tournaments! so they play by the rules!
It’s been so much fun learning to play, keeping our minds sharp, and building community together. We’d love to see even more players join us next week!

February 11 - Yappy Hour: Terreno Pups Yappy Hour – Monthly Play Date!
At Terreno, our residents and their well-mannered furry four-legged babies gather each month for a fun-filled Meet & Greet we lovingly call Yappy Hour! It’s all about community, connection, and plenty of tail wags.
Each month features a special theme with tasty treats — including every pup’s favorite Puppachinos!
This month, we celebrated Puppy Bowl style the day after the Super Bowl — It was a fur-tastic way to celebrate the season!
Next month, we’re excited to welcome a special guest: a new local groomer who will also be offering Puppy CPR demonstration — an amazing resource for our pet-loving community.
We can’t wait to see you and your pups at the next Yappy Hour!

February 13 - Sip & Shop: We welcomed a beautifully curated collection of boutiques, from luxury skincare to elevated fashion clothing—Guests enjoyed Valentine’s Day–inspired cocktails while connecting, mingling, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere throughout the night.
The evening had exceptional energy — a seamless blend of shopping, conversation, and community, highlighted by dinner at Olive & Thyme and a final stroll through the boutiques, before wrapping up!
We are thrilled to share that these lovely vendors will return to Terreno soon. Stay Tuned!

February 14 - Valentine’s Dinner: Valentine’s Evening at Terreno was truly unforgettable!
Residents enjoyed an exceptional three-course dinner special prepared by Chef Darren, complete with incredible live entertainment and a talented onsite caricature artist who added a fun and memorable touch to the celebration.
Our Lifestyle Director helped set the scene with beautiful Italian-inspired décor and elegant Valentine’s floral arrangements, creating a warm and meaningful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

February 18 - Terreno Thrives CPR Class: Terreno Thrives is a series of monthly informational sessions where residents walk away learning something new! From tips and tricks on using AI to engaging discussions like a Historical Naples presentation, there’s always something interesting to discover.
Our first Terreno Thrives session was a complimentary 2-hour CPR training course led by our North Collier Fire Control & Rescue District. During the session, we also discussed where our AEDs are located throughout the community and how to properly use them.
Thanks to this class, Terreno is in great hands with so many newly CPR-trained resident experts! Don’t miss next month’s session with our Guest: District 5 County Commissioner, Bill McDaniel.
