CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF
The Rarity Bay Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 championship layout thoughtfully designed by DJ DeVictor and Peter Langham, set across 150 acres of gently rolling terrain with breathtaking views of Lake Tellico and the Great Smoky Mountains. The course blends strategic challenge with natural beauty, featuring varied elevation changes, well-manicured fairways, and fast-true greens that reward precise shots while remaining enjoyable for players of all skill levels.
Members and their Guests enjoy a comprehensive practice facility – complete with a full-swing range, putting, short-game, and bunker areas. Our robust tournament calendar—featuring a variety of Member - Member and Member - Guest events—keeps our golfers actively engaged throughout the season.
RACQUET SPORTS
Our club features four meticulously maintained pickleball courts and two tennis courts, designed to provide the perfect playing surfaces for everything from casual games to intense competitions. Pickleball enthusiasts will appreciate our four newly constructed, dedicated courts, specifically engineered to enhance the playing experience with superior surfaces and layouts. The tranquil and scenic surroundings of our courts create an ideal atmosphere for both athletic pursuit and relaxation.
CLUB DINING
The Food & Beverage Team at Rarity Bay provides a unique and exquisite dining experience for both Members and their Guests. With skillfully crafted menus that change regularly, our Members are treated to a culinary experience like no other. Members can also enjoy signature cocktails and our special wine menu curated by our mixologists. We offer a full calendar of social and dining events which bring our Members together to mingle.
POOL
Whether you’re looking to soak up the sun, enjoy a refreshing swim, or relax with a cool drink at the bar, the pool at Rarity Bay is the perfect destination. On any given day it isn’t unusual to see serious swimmers in a morning training session and sunbathers in the afternoon followed by a poolside cocktail party or special club event.

The cutting-edge fitness center was designed to meet the needs of all training levels. With a wide selection of free weights and cardio machines, Members have access to everything they need to sustain an active and healthy lifestyle.
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS
SINGLE GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Our Single Golf Membership is for individuals and represents the pinnacle of services, privileges and access within the club - including golf, all clubhouse amenities, tennis, pickleball, squash, pool, dining and social events.
FAMILY GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Family Golf Membership includes all of the privileges of the Social Membership and Single Golf Membership. All of these privileges are extended to the entire “immediate” family.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
Enjoy a Membership centered around the social aspects of the club - with access to all clubhouse amenities, tennis, pickleball, pool, indoor and outdoor dining, social events, as well as limited access to golf. Social Membership privileges are extended to the entire “immediate” family, which includes the Member, the Member’s spouse, and any unmarried children under the age of 25.
GOLF MEMBERSHIPS
Single Golf Membership Initiation Fee: $30,000 | Monthly Dues: $668.50 Plus Tax
Family Golf Membership Initiation Fee: $30,000 | Monthly Dues: $744.50 Plus Tax
Current Golf Memberships will be fully transferable to subsequent purchasers of a Member’s property. Golf Memberships transferred to subsequent purchasers of a Member’s property will not require a new Golf Membership Initiation Fee; however, the Social Membership Initiation Fee will still be required. Golf Memberships may be changed from Single to Family at any time; however, they cannot be downgraded for 12 months.
Golf Cart Monthly Trail Fee - $180 (tax included). The Golf Cart Monthly Trail Fee is available only to approved property owners who are Golf Members. The cart must be approved by the Golf Professional. You can add a Golf Cart Monthly Trail Fee at any time; however, it cannot be downgraded for 12 months.

MEMBER SERVICES
What are the office hours?
Tuesday-Thursday 9AM - 5PM.
When can I expect my monthly statement, and what charges are included? Statements are emailed each month. For example, in February, you will receive January’s statement, which includes January’s charges and February’s dues and fees.
When is the payment due for my monthly bill?
Monthly statements must be paid in full by the 5th of each month to avoid a late fee.
How can I pay my monthly bill?
You can pay your monthly bill by check or preauthorized payment (PAP).
How do I access my Club account online?
Visit www.RarityBayCC.com and click the “Member Login” link under the “Country Club” tab. For further assistance, contact the Membership Director.

Do you take reservations?
Yes, we do! Reservations are preferred in order to ensure prompt service and the best possible dining experience.
Is the restaurant open to Non-Members?
No, the club is exclusively private.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday: Clubhouse Closed | Tuesday - Thursday: 11AM - 8PM Friday & Saturday: 11AM - 9PM | Sunday: 11AM - 3PM. Hours may vary*
Do you do anything for special events like birthdays or anniversaries?
Absolutely! We love helping you celebrate special occasions. Contact the Event Coordinator for more information.
What is the dress code?
Denim is permitted in the dining room. All clothing must be free of rips, tears, holes, or offensive graphics and language. From time to time, the dress code may be changed for events or theme nights, and changes will be announced to the Members.
Do you sell gift certificates? Absolutely!

How can I make a change to my Golf Membership?
For any changes to your Golf Membership, please contact the Membership Director for the golf change form.
Can I pay a cart fee and use my own cart without paying the monthly Trail Fee?
No, Member private carts must be approved and may only be used with a monthly trail fee.
