Capturing amazing natural light and designed uniquely to host small and large events, the Northland Ballroom is complete with a full-service bar and additional outdoor space including two verandas which overlook the golf course and provide beautiful views of Lake Superior. Outdoor fans and heating options are available.

OUTDOOR PATIO

The Outdoor Patio is available to Members at any time. Non-Members may rent the Outdoor Patio when renting the Ballroom space, or use it as a ceremony space for up to 250 Guests.

STUART ROOM

16-GUEST CAPACITY | AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS

Conveniently located next to the Grand Ballroom, this suite may serve as additional seating (based on the floorplan), or provides the perfect space for event hosts to get ready, relax or freshen up before all the exciting festivities begin!

DONALD ROSS ROOM

25-GUEST CAPACITY | AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS ONLY

Named after the Northland Country Club Golf Course Architect and deemed Northland’s most popular room due to flexibility and privacy, the Donald Ross Room can be set as a boardroom, theater or U-shape for dining. This room is complete with additional seating and entertainment space through the attached second-story veranda, dazzling Guests with beautiful views of Lake Superior.

THE LEGENDS ROOM

Adorned with nostalgic photographs of golf legends who have played Northland Country Club in the past, The Legends Room is private and includes a large wooden table for meetings and dining events.

EVENT DETAILS

MENU SELECTION & PRICING

Menu pricing is only guaranteed with a deposit and signed contract. Menu prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable developments (market conditions) beyond the club’s control. Certain menu items are subject to market availability. Wedding menus must be confirmed within thirty (30) days of the event and paid in full within ten (10) days of the event. All food, beverage, facility, and rental charges are subject to state and local sales tax, plus service charge.

GUARANTEES

An approximate number of Guests is required upon booking. A final count of attendees is due seven (7) to ten (10) business days prior to the event date and thirty (30) business days prior to weddings. If a final count is not received on time, preparations and charges will be made for the approximate number that was received upon booking. Rental fees for the facility vary depending on the choice of room, time of day, day of the week, and season. A food and beverage minimum may apply and may be negotiated based on attendees.

NORTHLAND COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERS

When hosting an event or meeting, facility fees will not be charged to an active Northland Country Club Member. To avoid all facility charges, all food and beverage charges for the event must be billed to the active Member’s account.

SEATING

Seating is based on the maximum comfort level per Guest: 8-foot rectangular banquet tables - seat eight (8) to ten (10) Guests. 5-foot round banquet tables - seat eight (8) to ten (10) Guests
