DINING THE LION’S DEN
The Lion’s Den is open to the public and situated inside the growing community of Kings Gate. Call 941.625.0680 to make a reservation. It offers a casual, relaxed atmosphere with a variety of menu options for lunch and dinner. From appetizers, salads, sandwiches and great burgers to home-style dinner favorites, fabulous desserts plus a full-service bar. Reservations preferred but walk-ins are always welcome!
If your service or food does not meet your expectations, please make a Team Member aware so it may be corrected for you. It is our pleasure to make your dining experience a great one; we need to hear when we have not fulfilled our obligations.

GOLF TEE TIMES
Tee times can be made by calling the golf shop: 941.625.0680 or by visiting our website: www.kingsgategolfclub.com Tee times may be made up to 14 days in advance. All Members must check in at the golf shop prior to teeing off. In an effort to better serve the Members, and in the case of an emergency, we do need to know when you are on the golf course. All play must start from the designated tee of the day.
DRESS CODE GOLF COURSE Permitted Attire • Collared shirts or golf-approved mock necks • Golf slacks, tailored shorts, skorts, or skirts • Appropriate golf footwear (soft spikes or spikeless shoes)

Golf rounds at Kings Gate should take no more than four hours to complete. Please maintain your pace by keeping up with the group in front of you. Should you find yourself falling behind, please allow the group behind you to play through. Please be considerate and keep things moving once you have started your round. Should you need advice on pace of play, the Golf Team will be happy to assist.

We encourage Members to bring their friends. Guest fees vary, depending on the time of year.
DEPENDENT GOLFERS
Dependent Golfers shall be entitled to play at all times, with exceptions being at the discretion of the Golf Professional. All Dependent Golfers must start at the first tee unless granted permission from the Professional Team. Children under the age of 15 must either be accompanied by an adult or have approval from the Professional Team.
GOLF LESSONS
The Professional Team is available to assist you in improving your golf game. Arrangements for golf instruction may be made by contacting the golf shop or one of the Instructors.
COURSE MAINTENANCE
If you notice anything that needs attention on the course, such as an area of injured turf, you may contact the club to assist. Periodically you will see the Team working on the course. Rest assured, all precautions are being taken to protect our Members and Guests.
A D D I T I O N A L G O L F I N F O R M AT I O N
Please note that the golf course is a high-risk lightning area. At the first sight of bad weather, all golfers should stop play and seek one of the shelters located on the course, or the clubhouse. It is the responsibility of each golfer to be aware of changing weather conditions and to seek shelter. Be safe, please.

S P E C I A L E V E N T S & C AT E R I N G Kings Gate is a full-service event center offering everything necessary to plan and execute a flawless special event that fits your style, personality and budget. Our location in Port Charlotte, Florida is easily accessible off of Interstate 75. We specialize in wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate holiday parties, class reunions, anniversary celebrations and any other reason you have to celebrate! Our Grand Ballroom allows for over 300 Guests with a built-in dance floor and oversized chandeliers for added ambiance but can easily be divided to accommodate smaller events, all while overlooking our beautiful pool area and golf course.
