ORENDER SERVICE AWARD
The Orender Service Award was created in honor of the man who founded Hampton Golf, Mr. MG Orender. Back in 1999, MG saw a need in the golf industry for a management company that does more than just manage but provides a level of care, skill, and service that is unmatched. Hampton Golf was therefore established, and the goals and values that started it all in 1999 are the same goals and values we have today. Our Marketing Team has successfully launched a comprehensive Marketing Project Dashboard and tracking system that provides our on-site leaders with real-time access to critical marketing project information. This powerful platform represents a significant leap forward in how we communicate, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives across Hampton Golf.
This dashboard doesn’t just display information—it empowers our property leaders with the transparency and insights they need to make informed decisions quickly. What once required multiple emails, phone calls, and/or status meetings can now be accessed instantly, keeping Team Members aligned and moving forward together. Also important to note, the dashboard is configured for mobile use making information gathering truly available with a click.

I want to specifically recognize Ryan Laubach for his outstanding leadership on this project. Ryan took ownership of this complex buildout from concept to completion, navigating intricate technical requirements and automation challenges with exceptional skill and dedication. His ability to understand both the strategic vision and the technical execution made this ambitious project a reality. Ryan’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail throughout this process has been truly exemplary.
Of course, this achievement reflects the collective talent and hard work of our entire Marketing Team. Their collaboration, creativity, and commitment to supporting our on-site leaders has resulted in a tool that will serve Hampton Golf for years to come.

PGA HOPE CLINICS FOR VETERANS
PGA HOPE is a free, adaptive golf program for military veterans and activeduty military members, offered by the PGA of America REACH Foundation and uses golf as a tool to improve physical, social, and emotional well-being by building community, providing physical and mental rehabilitation, and offering a sense of purpose.
PROUD TO WEAR PINK BREAST CANCER TOURNAMENT
2nd Annual Proud to Wear Pink Golf Tournament at Tara Golf & Country Club raised over $31,000 for My Breast Friends 941, a local charity in Sarasota, where every dollar raised goes towards patients in the local community.

THANKSGIVING AT VENETIAN RIVER CLUB
On Thanksgiving Day, four of Stonegate’s finest Team Members forwent their Thanksgiving with family and volunteered to work at Hampton Golf’s newest property, Venetian River Club.
Here is an excerpt from Greg Barker’s email after the event, “We served about 500 dinners and hosted a successful event which the Members/Residents were very happy with, and quite surprised to be honest. I’ve received several complimentary emails and have had a number of residents stop in today to share their thoughts. Being a new property in the Hampton Portfolio, Venetian River Club faces many unique challenges so this coming together of The Hampton Team was most appreciated and recognized.”
APPROXIMATELY 1,100 TENNIS BALLS READY TO BE RECYCLED BY THE VENETIAN RIVER CLUB
Venetian River Club is participating in a program to recycle the used and outdated tennis balls that we generate. The program was started by a company named Recycle Balls which is a nonprofit organization in West Virginia.
