DINING
DINING ROOM
It is expected that all persons will choose to dress in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere provided in the setting of the club and exercise sound judgment in dress. The club may publish dress requirements from time to time. The club is entitled to make the final determination, in its sole discretion, as the appropriateness of any person’s dress or attire.
The attire for lunch and dinner in the clubhouse is country club casual. We ask for no hats or caps to be worn in the clubhouse during lunch and dinner service. Swim wear or bare feet are not appropriate attire for the clubhouse. Members are responsible for sharing the dress code with their Family Members and Guests.
We request reservations to help us ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Knowing the number in your party, room choice and your expected time of arrival will allow us to better serve our Members and Guests. If you have special requests such as a seating preference, dietary restrictions or food allergies, please notify a Team Member. We will be happy to accommodate you and your Guests.
Take -out orders are available. Specialty items such as baked goods, party trays and hors d’oeuvre platters are also available, but require a two-day notice. Our Team Members are also available for off-site catering for private functions. Please contact the club for more information.
If your service or food does not meet your expectations, please make a Team Member aware so it may be corrected for you. It is our pleasure to make your dining experience a great one; we need to hear when we have not fulfilled our obligations.
POOLSIDE DINING
When you and your Guests are ready for a bite to eat, there’s no need to leave the gorgeous surroundings of the pool area. Step up to the poolside grill for freshly prepared food that complements your perfect day spent relaxing poolside and relishing the wonderfully warm weather.
If you’re serious about dining in style, you always have the option of enjoying your meal on the patio. With views of our Devereux Emmet-designed Golf Course, there really isn’t a prettier place to relax and dine.

GOLF
Hampshire Country Club’s golf course was created by acclaimed golf course architect Devereux Emmet and subsequently updated over the years by renowned architects Ed Ault, Frank Duane, and Stephen Kay. The 18-hole layout is a true test for golfers of any ability; each hole proving distinctive and challenging for golfers at all skill levels.
Whether you play golf to socialize, do business, or challenge yourself in tournament play, our beautifully maintained course beckons you to immaculately manicured greens and pristine tree-lined fairways. Water comes into play on seven holes, including our signature finishing hole—a 367-yard, par 4, whose green is protected on the right by a twotiered pond and waterfall.
Hampshire golfers enjoy a short game practice area, which includes putting and chipping greens and instruction by PGA professionals. What better way to improve your game than with the help of our private and group instruction, tailored to your specific needs. You can practice your game all year long with our indoor simulator. You may book times or sign up for lessons with one of our PGA Golf Professionals. Our golf events offer a variety of competitive and social options for men, women, juniors, and couples.

GOLF SHOP
The Hampshire golf shop offers Members an attractive, spacious store with handsome displays of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, as well as friendly and helpful service to meet all your golfing wants and needs.
Whether you prefer a more traditional look or the latest micro-fiber trends, we carry top name brands to match your style and performance goals. Our golf Team Members also offer club repair and personalized fitting services. Clubs, shoes, and balls specially fitted to your game, swing, and body type can make a major difference in your score, and we’re here to help you find the best fit.
DRESS CODE
Gentlemen – Golf shirts with sleeves and collars must be worn. Bermuda-length shorts or pants; shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. Tank tops, denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits and sweatpants are not permitted.
Ladies – Golf shirts with sleeves or collars, please. Bermuda length shorts and skirts or pants must be worn; shorts and skirts must be mid-thigh or longer. Blue denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits, tank tops and halter tops are not permitted.
Dependents – Golf shirts, golf t-shirts and Bermuda-length shorts or pants; shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. Tank tops , denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits and sweatpants are not permitted. Shoes – Soft-spiked golf shoes or tennis shoes only. Please use caution while playing the hilly terrain.
TENNIS
Hampshire Country Club proudly offers seven meticulously maintained Har-Tru courts, including our newest championship court, nestled alongside our recently built tennis pavilion, pro shop, and courtside patio. It is home to an active tennis program, including popular junior clinics and for children, inter-club team play for more seasoned adult players, and a full schedule of competitive and social tennis events.
Hampshire Country Club also offers an annual children’s tennis summer camp for children of all levels. Real professionals provide real instruction on mechanics, footwork, and strategy while keeping the game fun.
Whether you are new to tennis or a long time player, you’re sure to find players of a similar level of play with whom you can compete.

POOL
Hampshire Country Club Members also have exclusive use of our gorgeous pool area. Our Member-focused service extends to the pool facility, which offers stunning views, impeccable service, and the traditional elegance of an era gone by.
Our Members love swimming at Hampshire Club because they know that, whatever they’re in the mood for, they’ll find it here at the pool. For days when swimming laps is your idea of heaven, there’s our 25-meter pool—heated for your comfort. For gentler days when all that’s on your agenda is rest and relaxation, there’s the adjoining wading pool and an extensive fleet of comfy lounge chairs on which you can while away the entire afternoon if you so choose!
2026 POOL RULES
• Proper swimming attire is required. Denim cut-offs may not be worn in the pool.
• Infants, babies and toddlers who are not bathroom dependent must wear rubber swim pants in the pool area. Accidents must be reported to a lifeguard immediately so proper precautions may be taken.
• No glass is permitted in the pool area.
• Running and excessive horseplay are not permitted.
• Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Members and Guests must register at our Paradise Cove area prior to pool use.
• Saving chairs is not permitted. Please do not place items on chairs when not using the chair.
• Unattended items will be removed by the lifeguards and stored at Paradise Cove.
• For the safety of everyone, lifeguards must be obeyed.
• Music may be enjoyed with the use of personal headphones.
• Swimming when the pool is closed is not permitted. Lifeguards must be on duty.
• Lifeguards may restrict the use of ball playing, water guns, and pool toys during peak use of the pool.
• Smoking is not permitted on the pool deck or in the pool, including E-CIGS
• Diving is only permitted in the deep end.
• Lap Lane is for Lap Swimmers ONLY.
• Parents must be within arm’s reach of children wearing a flotation device.
