Please find the accompanying documents that will guide you through the comprehensive process of establishing your online account, including the ability to reserve tee times up to fourteen (14) days in advance, access your purchase history, and manage your monthly statements. You will receive an email communication from the club containing a streamlined application and payment authorization form, which will facilitate the setup of your club charge account using either credit card or ACH banking information. Your ACH account must be a checking account. Please be advised that all credit card transactions are subject to a three percent (3%) service fee, while ACH transactions incur no additional charges.
Monthly statements will be dated the last day of the month; however, the dues billed on each statement are for the upcoming month. If you find an error on your statement, please contact the Accounting Office with a note of explanation or a phone call and an adjustment will be made. Signing your Member Number clearly on every check and making sure other Members in your family use the correct number will help to eliminate such errors. Glynlea Country Club's bylaws require that statements be paid in full within thirty (30) days after the date of the statement.
The club’s mobile app, ClubHouse Online, utilizes the same login credentials as the Member web portal and provides comprehensive functionality, including tee time reservations, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, court reservations, and additional club services. Glynlea Country Club is committed to providing an exceptional lifestyle experience through diverse programming, including golf leagues, social happy hour events, complimentary instruction, Member-Guest tournaments, Club Championships, professional racquet sports instruction, and other recreational opportunities.
Glynlea Residents are permitted to own and operate private golf carts, which must be equipped with turfappropriate tires and electric power systems. Private carts may be of any color or manufacturer and accommodate up to four (4) passengers. When not utilized for golf purposes, private carts may be used for community transportation at no additional cost. However, private carts used on the golf course must maintain current certificates of insurance documentation on file with the club and are subject to annual trail fees. To preserve the integrity and conditions of the golf course, private carts used for golf must be shared among Members.

Download the mobile app to your smartphone or tablet. It’s available in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Search for ClubHouse Online.
3. Download the ClubHouse Online app and wait for it to install.
4. Open the ClubHouse Online app. (The app will ask if you want to receive push notifications. We encourage you to answer “yes” if you wish to keep up to date with club announcements and promotions.)
5. Enter your club name.
6. Enter your club website username and password and press the sign in button. (If you don’t have a club website username and password, visit the Member Registration page on the club website.)

IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE MEMBERS-ONLY AREA, ALL MEMBERS WILL NEED TO REGISTER. TO DO SO, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW.
MEMBER REGISTRATION & LOGIN PROCESS
1. Member Registration
Navigate the Member login page by going to www.glynlea.com. To register your account, click on "Member Login" in the top right. At the bottom of the following page click "Member Registration" to create your account. Complete the fields with the same information that is on your application.
2. Member Validation
Enter your Member Number, First Name and Last Name exactly as they appear on your last statement and click 'Validate' (Note: your first name is typically in our system as your given name).
Ex: If your name appears as Joshua on your statement, you cannot create your account using Josh, you must enter Joshua. The system will then validate whether the information entered is correct.
3. Setup Username & Password
Once your information has been validated, you will be taken to the Member Registration page to set your username, password and email address (for website communication).
You can select your username and password on this screen. Usernames are not case sensitive, but passwords are.
In the event the password is forgotten, select one of your email addresses from the drop-down to associate with your user account. If there are no emails available in the drop-down menu, enter in your desired email address.
Once all fields are filled out, click on 'Create User' to complete the registration process.
4. Email Confirmation
Upon successful registration, an email message will be sent to the email address entered during the registration process.
LOG IN, LOG OFF & FORGOT PASSWORD
1. Login to the Club Website
Navigate to your club’s login page by clicking on the 'Member Login' link/button, or on the link/ button usually located in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Enter the username and password you’ve created in the registration process. When finished, click ' Log On'.
2. Logging out of the Club Website
It is strongly recommended to logout of the website when you are finished. Once logged into the website, the Member Login button will change to your name; click on the drop down beside your name and click 'Log Out'. This will end your session and return you back to the website homepage.
3. Forgot Password
If at some point in the future you should forget your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link within the Member Login area.
From there, you will be required to enter the email address you provided during the registration process and click 'Reset Password'. An email will be sent to you including a link by which you can reset your password.

Glynlea Country Club will host many exciting social events each year for Members and their Guests, such as cookouts held beside the Toptracer Range and at the beautiful, soon-to-be-developed Clubhouse. The Culinary Team will certainly deliver a superb experience, providing a lifestyle built around the concept of relaxed refinement. Friendships are created off and on the course and culminate through expertly executed events around the club.
Italian-themed dinners, wine pairing dinners, and cocktail-making classes only begin to describe the dining and event experience in development at Glynlea Country Club. With ever-changing, enticingly themed menus , a curated cocktail and wine menu, and an atmosphere built for relaxation, it is effortless to grasp why Glynlea will be one of the most respected and sought-after communities in the State.
FINE DINING AT GLYNLEA COUNTRY CLUB
Glynlea’s Culinary Team will prepare formal and informal culinary delights for Members and their Guests to enjoy. The Glynlea Clubhouse will include an informal Bar and Grille, a formal dining room, and several executive rooms that may be used for private parties or meetings. Club Members and their Guests will soon enjoy the finest in casual gourmet dining and top-rated wine selections.
If your service or food does not meet your expectations, please immediately make a Team Member aware so it may be corrected for you. It is our pleasure to make your dining experience a great one; we need to hear when we have not fulfilled our obligations.
GOLF
TEE TIMES
Members are encouraged to make tee times by using the online tee time system or you may call the golf shop at 772.242.6892 . Tee times may be made up to two weeks in advance. All Members must check into the golf shop prior to teeing off. In an effort to better serve the Members, and in the case of an emergency, we do need to know when you are on the golf course. All play must start from the designated tee of the day.
CARTS
Golfers utilizing Glynlea Carts are required to stop into the golf shop to check in prior to play.
DRESS CODE (Practice Facility & Course)
Gentlemen – Golf shirts with sleeves and collars must be worn. Bermuda-length shorts or pants; shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. Tank tops, denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits and sweatpants are not permitted.
Ladies – Golf shirts with sleeves or collars. Bermuda length shorts and skirts or pants must be worn; shorts and skirts must be mid-thigh or longer. Denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits, tank tops and halter tops are not permitted.
Dependents – Golf shirts, golf T-shirts and Bermuda-length shorts or pants; shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. Tank tops , denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits and sweatpants are not permitted.
Shoes – Soft-spiked golf shoes or tennis shoes only. Please use caution while playing the hilly terrain. Open-toed shoes are not permitted.
PACE OF PLAY
Golf rounds at Glynlea should take no more than four hours to complete. Please maintain your pace by keeping up with the group in front of you. Should you find yourself falling behind, please allow the group behind you to play through. Please be considerate and keep things moving once you have started your round. Should you need advice on pace of play, the Golf Team will be happy to assist.
GOLF
GUEST PLAY
Members are encouraged to bring Guests to enjoy your fine golf course and club. As a Member, if you wish to entertain more than three (3) Guests in one round, please contact the Director of Golf. Guests who reside within the community may not play golf more than three (3) times during the golfing season. You may purchase Guest Passes at a discounted rate throughout the season. Please have your Guest name(s) available when you call for a tee time.
DEPENDENT GOLFERS
Dependent golfers shall be entitled to play at all times, based upon availability, with exceptions being at the discretion of the Golf Professional. All dependent golfers must start at the first tee unless granted permission from the Professional Golf Team. Children under the age of 16 must either be accompanied by an adult or have approval from the Professional Golf Team.
COURSE MAINTENANCE
You may notice the maintenance building by the sixth (6 th ) tee, which is home to our outstanding Golf Course Maintenance Team. If you notice anything that needs attention on the course, such as an area of injured turf, you may contact the Professional Golf Team to inquire about it. Periodically you will see the Team working on the course. Rest assured, all precautions are being taken to protect our Members and Guests.
ADDITIONAL GOLF INFORMATION
Please note that Glynlea is a "play at your own risk" facility. It is the responsibility of each golfer to be aware of changing weather conditions and to seek shelter. Be safe, please.
DEMO CLUBS
If you would like to try new clubs from the golf shop, you are always welcome to do so. Just ask one of the Professional Golf Team Members.

PICKLEBALL

With so many players joining the sport at various levels of play, it's easy for players to get started slowly, and then quickly work their way up, progressing even as far as pickleball's professional levels. Glynlea will introduce twelve (12) pickleball courts for Members to use. Instruction is available, as are tournaments, league play, and intra-club play.
