Set in the heart of northeast Florida between the St. Johns River and beautiful Doctors Lake, Eagle Harbor Golf Club is the ideal setting for your special event. Eagle Harbor is a full-service club providing all of your catering needs. Our Professional and Experienced Team will help make your event memorable, beautiful and stress-free. SKY ROOM & BACK PATIO

Accommodates up to 125 Guests indoors.

Modern, elegant, and recently renovated, the Sky Room comfortably accommodates receptions, banquets, parties and more! Sky Room rental includes the Back Patio, showcasing expansive views of the beautifully landscaped grounds. Private restroom facilities are also available.

Wine Room rental is required for Sky Room parties of 50 Guests or more. Food & Beverage minimum is required.

Sunday - Thursday: $1,250 Rental Fee

Friday - Saturday Daytime Events (End by 4PM): $1,500 Rental Fee

With panoramic views of the golf course and tranquil water features, this versatile space is ideal for cocktail hours, ceremonies, receptions, or casual gatherings, the Patio accommodates both seated and mingling events.

Accommodates up to 20 Guests. $300 Food and Beverage Minimum on Friday and Saturday evenings. Beautifully designed to provide a classic and timeless atmosphere, the Wine Room is perfect for intimate dinners, cocktail parties, seminars or conferences. This room comes complete with a TV for slideshows, presentations, watch parties and more!

Our Chef’s Selection features handcrafted menus designed to complement your celebration. Choose from passed hors d’oeuvres, artfully arranged grazing tables, and custom dinner buffets that encourage connection and conversation. With your vision and our culinary expertise, your menu becomes an experience to remember.

Grazing Table

Grazing tables are designed to serve up to 50 Guests and are arranged to cover a standard 6-foot table. For food safety and quality, grazing tables may remain displayed for no more than 2 hours.

Off-Site Catering

At Eagle Harbor Golf Club, we pride ourselves on offering a full-service, on-site food and beverage program designed to elevate every event. For clients seeking additional flexibility, outside catering may be arranged allowing you to tailor your menu while still enjoying our exceptional service and facilities.

OUTSIDE CATERING FEE

A $10 per person fee applies to outside food brought into the clubhouse for dinner service.

THE FEE INCLUDES:

Use of dinnerware appropriate for a plated or buffet-style dinner, including plates and cutlery. Access to professional serving utensils for dinner presentation and service. Full post-dinner breakdown and cleanup by our Service Team.

CATERING GUIDELINES:

All outside food must be prepared and provided by a licensed and ServSafe certified vendor and is subject to prior approval by Eagle Harbor Golf Club.

Use of our kitchen is not permitted at any time. This includes outside staff and food storage. All outside food must comply with applicable health and safety regulations.

The client is responsible for coordinating with their outside caterer to meet all requirements.
