M E S S AGE FROM TH E H OA DEAR DEL WEBB NAPLES RESIDENTS, Happy September to all. We had a busy August with the completion of the Oasis Club repairs and are very pleased everything is back to normal with food options now available at the Oasis Club with the Rusty Putter undergoing an exciting renovation. Thanks so much for your patience with the process. Please see your below September Property Updates and Reminders: Business Use: We have had some questions in regards to business use in the community at your house. For the complete rules please click here for the governing documents which can be found in Article XIV Section 22, page 42. Cane Toads: We have had sightings of cane toads in the community. Please be mindful of them with your pets and any children, as they can be very dangerous if licked and touched. You can read more about them and how to keep your pet safe here: https://myfwc.com/wildlifehabitats/profiles/amphibians/cane-toad/ Alligator Safety Notice: If you ever see an alligator that you think is a nuisance, please call our office at (239) 455-2001, and we will ask our local licensed alligator trapper to come and evaluate the situation. We want to remind you that feeding alligators is illegal and will only make them more dangerous to you and your fellow Residents! Anyone feeding gators is putting everyone at risk. Please report it to our offices if you witness anyone feeding them. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and want to remind you never to feed or harass alligators and never feed other wildlife. You can be arrested for feeding and harassing alligators. As a reminder, fishing in the community is also prohibited. Please keep a safe distance from alligators and do not go near the water’s edge, walk your pets near it, or allow them to go near it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for alligators to travel from pond to pond, so you must always be aware of your surroundings regardless of where you are in the community. We are blessed to live in the beautiful southwest Florida community, and we can enjoy all of our wildlife in safe ways. Please keep garages closed during the day, as alligators, snakes, or other wildlife can enter them. For more tips and information on living with alligators, please click here, here and here. Driveway Pavers: Please Note: In Article V Maintenance Section 3 of our Declaration it states “...Del Webb Naples Owner Of Parcels fronting on any roadway within Del Webb Naples shall maintain driveways serving their respective Parcels...”

Please inspect your own driveway pavers as soon as possible and arrange for any of them to be fixed that are needed as soon as possible as we don’t want any trip hazards for you and your neighbor. Thank you for getting these fixed and helping keep the community safe. Speeding & Safe Driving: Please remember to obey all speed limits in Del Webb Naples and be mindful of fellow Neighbors when driving your golf carts, cars and bikes. Please never walk on the golf course cart paths, as this is never permitted for safety purposes. Please note: You are able to walk on the anthem cart paths as bikes pedestrians and golf carts can go on those. Behavior Towards Guests & Fellow Neighbors: Please remember never to confront Guests, or anyone you think doesn’t belong in Del Webb Naples. Always be respectful and polite and let us know if you see someone you don’t think belongs so we can check. We never want any confrontation or harm. Please always have your Guests registered with us and wearing wristbands. Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and Guests when using the amenity centers and to wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, Oasis Club, and Grand Hall. Please remember there is a 30 minute limit on cardio equipment and lap pool if others are waiting to use them. Please never use vulgar language at one another. Crime Prevention Reminder: The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind us to report any suspicious activity or persons and to keep our doors locked and valuables out of sight. Working together and practicing crime prevention strategies can help keep our community safe and is the best way to prevent crime. Please dial 911 in an emergency. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office can be reached at (239) 252-9300. Below are two flyers that will serve as a great reminder with useful information to help keep Del Webb Naples safe. Please click on each link to view: · Hide, Lock & Key · You Hold The Key To A Safe Community Parking and Overnight Parking: Please click here to see the reminder in regards to overnight parking which is prohibited from midnight to 6am. During the day homeowner vehicles can temporarily be parking in the street but please remember to not block driveways or ingress/egress by emergency vehicles. If You See Something, Say Something: Please let us know if you ever see any safety concerns we should address as soon as possible. No one spends more time in this community than you, and we greatly appreciate you letting us know.

Pet Reminder: As a reminder, please clean up after your pets and keep them on leashes at all times in Del Webb Naples. Please make sure not allow them to go on other’s properties as well. Trash & Recycling Reminder: Please keep in mind that trash and recycling still need to be out by 6:00 am, or the county cannot guarantee pickup. Homeowners are permitted to take their trash and recycling containers out the night before for those who can’t do it the morning of. Please do not take the containers out the night before, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, to help prevent bears and other wild animals from becoming accustomed to Del Webb Naples. We don’t want anyone hurt, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please click here to view the county’s brochure on trash and recycling. As a reminder, pickup days are Mondays for trash recycling and bulk and Thursdays for trash. The only days there will not be pickup are the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please bundle landscaping materials according to the county guidelines so they can be picked up. LIFESTYLE & EVENTS September is here! Let’s take a look back at all the great memories and events we enjoyed throughout August. From Pizza & a Movie to the Taste of Naples outing, our community stayed lively and connected all month long. Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!

AUGUST 3 - PIZZA & A MOVIE: Our Grand Hall was the place to be for a fun and relaxing evening of Pizza & Movie Night! Residents gathered with friends and neighbors to enjoy a wonderful, wholesome movie along with delicious pizza from L’Appetito. With great food, good company, and a feel-good movie, it was the perfect night to sit back, relax, and enjoy time together. We hope to see you at the next Pizza and Movie night!

AUGUST 10 - PIZZA MAKING WORKSHOP: Our residents had a deliciously fun time at our Pizza Making Workshop with Dave’s Neapolitan Pizza! Everyone got to channel their inner pizzaiolo by creating their own personal pizza, loaded up with all their favorite toppings. Once their creations were ready, they were wood-fired to perfection, creating the perfect crispy, delicious crust! To make the evening even better, the Club provided red and white wine for residents to sip and enjoy alongside their homemade masterpieces.

AUGUST 11 - AVE MARIA UNIVERSITY PRESENTATION: Our residents had the opportunity to learn more about the wonderful things happening right in our own backyard at Ave Maria University! Graduates and university staff joined us for an engaging presentation highlighting the many ways our residents can get involved and support the university. From musicals and special events to sporting events and campus activities, there are so many opportunities to enjoy all that Ave Maria University has to offer while supporting the students and community. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect our residents with our local university and discover new ways to experience, support, and enjoy everything happening on campus!

AUGUST 14 - SUR LA TABLE: THAI KITCHEN: Our residents enjoyed a delicious and hands-on culinary adventure at Sur La Table, where they learned step by step how to prepare a flavorful Thai-inspired meal in a fun, intimate small-group setting. The menu was packed with delicious favorites, including Pad Thai, fresh lettuce wraps, and a refreshing Thai cucumber salad. After cooking and enjoying their creations, everyone finished the experience with a delicious, refreshing sorbet for the perfect sweet ending! It was a wonderful opportunity to learn new cooking techniques, try something new, and enjoy a delicious meal with friends and neighbors. We can’t wait for our next culinary adventure!

AUGUST 19 - KNIFE SHARPENING EVENT: Our residents enjoyed the convenience of having their favorite kitchen knives professionally sanitized and sharpened right here at the Grand Hall with Kitchen Kutz! Residents simply dropp off their knives and let the professionals give them back clean, sanitized, and razor-sharp. Kitchen Kutz visits our community quarterly, making it easy for residents to give their well-loved kitchen tools a little TLC without ever having to leave the community! A big thank you to Kitchen Kutz for providing this convenient and valuable service for our residents. We look forward to seeing you at their next visit!

AUGUST 21 - MUSIC BINGO: Our residents turned up the volume and had a blast at Music Bingo Night with Tom & Carol DiFlorio! Instead of calling numbers, we put everyone’s music knowledge to the test as favorite songs filled the room and residents raced to recognize the tunes and mark their cards. The night was filled with sing-alongs, laughs, friendly competition, and plenty of exciting bingo wins! Tom and Carol kept energy high, and everyone entertained, making it another fantastic evening of music, friends, and fun. A big thank you to Tom & Carol DiFlorio for another unforgettable Music Bingo night, and to all our residents who came out to play!

AUGUST 25 - HERB GARDEN CREATION: Our residents got their hands dirty and had a wonderful time creating their very own herb gardens with our landscaping partner, Juniper Landscaping! This fun, hands-on workshop gave everyone the opportunity to learn, plant, and create something they could enjoy right at home. Through Juniper Cares, Juniper Landscaping believes in giving back to the communities they serve. As part of this special event, attendees were asked to bring donated items to support local animal shelters in Naples. A heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful residents who participated and donated! Your generosity will help provide much-needed supplies to animals in need throughout our local community. We are so grateful to Juniper Landscaping for combining a fun gardening experience with an opportunity to give back!

AUGUST 26 - TASTE OF NAPLES: CAMPIELLO: Our residents enjoyed another delicious Taste of Naples outing, and this month’s restaurant of choice was Campiello Naples! Residents gathered for a wonderful evening filled with great food, good conversation, and plenty of laughs. It was the perfect opportunity to step away from the kitchen, explore one of Naples’ local dining favorites, and enjoy a delicious dinner with friends and neighbors. Thank you to everyone who joined us for another memorable Taste of Naples evening! We can’t wait to see where our taste buds take us next!

This is to help streamline the reservation process and ensure the correct Guest count. For these events, we offer a modified menu to ensure seamless and timely service and Guest satisfaction. Walk-ins are welcome but may experience a wait as reservations will be given priority.
