Speeding & Safe Driving: Please remember to obey all speed limits and traffic laws in Del Webb Naples and be mindful of fellow Neighbors when driving your golf cart or cars. Please never walk on the golf course cart paths, as this is never permitted for safety purposes. Please note: You are able to walk on the anthem cart paths as bikes pedestrians and golf carts can go on those. Please be mindful and be very careful when driving your bikes near pedestrians.
Behavior Towards Guests & Fellow Neighbors: Please remember never to confront Guests, or anyone you think doesn’t belong in Del Webb Naples. Always be respectful and polite and let us know if you see someone you don’t think belongs so we can check. We never want any confrontation or harm. Please always have your Guests registered with us and wearing wristbands.
Annuals: Our new batch of annuals flowers has been installed as spring has sprung!
Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and Guests when using the amenity centers and to wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, Oasis Club, and Grand Hall. Please remember there is a 30 minute limit on cardio equipment and lap pool if others are waiting to use them. Please never use vulgar language at one another.
Crime Prevention Reminder: The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind us to report any suspicious activity or persons and to keep our doors locked and valuables out of sight. Working together and practicing crime prevention strategies can help keep our community safe and is the best way to prevent crime. Please dial 911 in an emergency. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office can be reached at (239) 252-9300.

If You See Something, Say Something: Please let us know if you ever see any safety concerns we should address as soon as possible. No one spends more time in this community than you, and we greatly appreciate you letting us know.
Roof Cleaning List: We will be sending a roof list shortly directly to homeowners who needs to have their roofs cleaned. Please inspect your own properties and have these
cleaned so it looks great for your property as well as you fellow neighbors.
Driveway Pavers And Sidewalks: Please Note: In Article V Maintenance Section 3 of our Declaration it states “...Del Webb Naples Owner Of Parcels fronting on any roadway within Del Webb Naples shall maintain driveways serving their respective Parcels...”
Please inspect your own driveway pavers as soon as possible and arrange for any of them to be fixed that are needed as soon as possible as we don’t want any trip hazards for you and your neighbor. Thank you for getting these fixed and helping keep the community safe. Please remember to also clean your sidewalks directly in front of your homes as well.
Trash & Recycling Reminder: Please keep in mind that trash and recycling still need to be out by 6:00 am, or the county cannot guarantee pickup. Homeowners are permitted to take their trash and recycling containers out the night before for those who can’t do it the morning of. Please do not take the containers out the night before, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, to help prevent bears and other wild animals from becoming accustomed to Del Webb Naples.
We don’t want anyone hurt, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please click here to view the county’s brochure on trash and recycling. As a reminder, pickup days are Mondays for trash recycling and bulk and Thursdays for trash. The only days there will not be pickup are the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Please bundle landscaping materials according to the county guidelines so they can be picked up. If you want these materials picked up for a charge, please contact Juniper at customercare@juniperlandscaping.com.
Alligator Safety Notice: If you ever see an alligator that you think is a nuisance, please call our office at (239) 455-2001, and we will ask our local licensed alligator trapper to come and evaluate the situation.
We want to remind you that feeding alligators is illegal and will only make them more dangerous to you and your fellow Residents! Anyone feeding gators is putting everyone at risk. Please report it to our offices if you witness anyone feeding them. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and want to remind you never to feed or harass alligators and never feed other wildlife. You can be arrested for feeding and harassing alligators. As a reminder, fishing in the community is also prohibited.
Please keep a safe distance from alligators and do not go near the water’s edge, walk your pets near it, or allow them to go near it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for alligators to travel from pond to pond, so you must always be aware of your surroundings regardless of where you are in the community. We are blessed to live in the beautiful southwest Florida community, and we can enjoy all of our wildlife in safe ways.

Golf Cart, Vehicle and Pedestrian Safety Reminder: As the community grows we want to make sure everyone is aware of our golf cart policies. Please remember all golf carts need to be registered with us and the Master Association and need to list Pulte, Hampton Golf and Del Webb Naples Community Association as additionally insured with limits of at least $300,000 for our records and must be renewed annually. Additionally, Ave Maria Stewardship District, Ave Maria Master Association, Ave Maria Development LLP and Ave Maria University must be additionally insured as shown on page 7 in the Ave Maria Stewardship District Golf Cart handbook. Please remember to stop at all stop signs in the community and obey all rules of the road including not to speed as we have had some reports of speeding lately. Remember all streets in Del Webb Naples gates are 25ph and 35 mph on Anthem. Parking lots and coming into the Oasis Club is 15mph. As a reminder do not walk on the golf course cart path as this is not permitted and is dangerous. The golf course cart paths are just for the golfers.
Additionally, please remember it is not permitted to park golf carts next to the tennis, pickleball courts or other amenities on the sidewalks as it can be a safety concern and could cause pedestrians to walk off the road onto incoming traffic and we don’t want anyone getting hurt.

Original Celebration Gate Callbox: The new callbox is ordered and the company is awaiting for it to arrive. The gates will be open for the next few weeks until it is delivered. Thank you for your patience with this.
Oasis Club Locker Room and Sauna Update: We are in the final stages of receiving bids and permitting with the County for electrical and trusses. We will let you know as soon as we have an update on when the locker rooms and sauna/steam room will open. Thank you for your patience with this.
Anthem Cart Path Repairs: Please note we will beginning cart path repairs on the Anthem cart path the 3rd week of May and these will be done within a week.
The cart paths will be closed to all as the work is ongoing. Do not use the area during the week. Thanks very much for your patience and understanding.

EASTER POTLUCK – APRIL 5:
Our community came together in the most heartwarming way this Easter as neighbors gathered to share delicious dishes, laughter, and meaningful connections at our Easter potluck dinner.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to DWN resident and Social Committee member, Elizabeth Eberhart, whose time, effort, and thoughtful planning made this wonderful event possible. Her dedication helped create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone could celebrate, connect, and enjoy the holiday.
SUCCULENT CREATION CLASS WITH JUNIPER – APRIL 7:
Residents got their hands dirty, in the best way, at our recent Succulent Planter Workshop hosted in partnership with our landscape company, Juniper! Attendees enjoyed a fun and creative experience designing their own beautiful succulent arrangements while learning tips and tricks for caring for these low-maintenance plants.
This event also carried a meaningful purpose. As part of Juniper Cares, Juniper’s initiative to give back to the community, attendees were asked to bring donations for the Shelter for Abused Women and Children. We are proud to share that our residents showed incredible generosity, coming together to support such an important cause.
A big thank you to Juniper for leading such an engaging and impactful workshop, and to everyone who participated and donated! Your kindness truly makes a difference!
EMBRACE LIFE SERIES: SPECTACULAR AFRICA - APRIL 8:
Residents were taken on an unforgettable journey during our recent presentation, “Spectacular Africa,” led by one of our very own community members. Through a stunning collection of personal photographs, he shared vivid stories and firsthand experiences from his travels across Africa, bringing each moment to life in a truly engaging way. Every image came with a story that captivated the audience and offered a deeper glimpse into the beauty and diversity of the continent.
A heartfelt thank you to DWN resident, Patrick O’Flaherty, for sharing his incredible adventures and giving us all a chance to experience Spectacular Africa!
AN EVENING IN THE TROPICS – APRIL 11:
Our community was transported to the islands during our Luau celebration! The evening was filled with excitement and culture, featuring mesmerizing fire dancers, graceful hula performances, and the lively rhythm of authentic island music that had everyone swaying along. Residents also enjoyed delicious bites from Prycless Island Grill food truck, adding the perfect taste of the tropics to the experience. With great entertainment, flavorful food, and wonderful company, the luau was truly a night to remember.
Mahalo to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable evening.
RESIN COASTER WORKSHOP – APRIL 14:
Creativity sparkled at our recent Resin Coaster Workshop, hosted by Del Webbs very own Lifestyle Director! Attendees had the opportunity to design and create their own custom set of five coasters, complete with a stylish holder. Using glitter, foil, pigments, and dried flowers, each participant mixed and crafted unique designs that reflected their personal style. It was a hands-on, fun, and colorful experience that allowed everyone to take home a beautiful, functional piece of art.
A big thank you to the Del Webb Social Committee for volunteering their time to help make this event possible!
MUSIC BINGO – APRIL 17:
Our community rocked out at a lively Music Bingo Night, with Tom DiFlorio spinning all the favorite tunes as DJ and Carol DiFlorio keeping the energy high as our enthusiastic emcee! Residents sang, laughed, and competed for the win in a night full of fun and friendly competition. Winners got to take home gift certificates to shop/eat/pamper at local shops around Ave Maria—a wonderful way to celebrate while supporting our vibrant local businesses.
Thanks to Tom and Carol for making the night so memorable, and to everyone who joined us for an evening of music, laughter, and community spirit!
CASINO DAY – APRIL 27:
Residents tried their luck and had a blast at our Casino Day, hosted in partnership with Seminole Casino! The casino made it easy and fun with bus transportation, $20 in free play, and $10 off food for every participant. Del Webbers enjoyed an exciting afternoon of gambling, delicious lunch, and plenty of laughter and camaraderie. It was a perfect way to mix a little thrill with great company, all while experiencing the excitement of the casino from start to finish.

SHRED IT – APRIL 29:
Our community kept sensitive information safe at our recent Shred It Event! The Shred It truck parked right outside our Oasis Clubhouse, giving residents the convenience of bringing their documents for secure shredding. The best part? The truck operator shredded everything right in front of you, so you could watch your papers safely disappear. This important and convenient event was offered complimentary thanks to the generosity of Del Webb, helping our residents protect their personal information while keeping the community clutter-free.
CASINO NIGHT – APRIL 30:
Our community had a thrilling time at Casino Night, hosted in partnership with Seminole Casino! Residents enjoyed convenient bus transportation, $20 in free play, and $10 off food, making it easy to relax, have fun, and try their luck. The evening was filled with exciting games, laughter, and a delicious dinner, plus live music that kept the energy high and the party going. It was the perfect mix of entertainment, camaraderie, and memorable experiences.
