M E S S AGE FROM TH E H OA HAPPY NEW YEAR DEL WEBB NAPLES RESIDENTS, 2025 was a busy year and we look forward to having the best year in 2026 with you all. Below are your January updates and reminders: If you see something, say something: Please let us know if you ever see a safety concern we can address. No one spends more time in this community than you do, and we want everyone to be as safe as possible. Please never confront someone you don’t think belongs in Del Webb Naples, but please let us know instead. Mulching: Mulching has finished around the community and is looking great. Pets: Please remember to clean up after your pets and keep them on leashes at all times in Del Webb Naples. Golf Cart and Bicycle Safety: Please remember that golf carts should not be driving on Anthem Parkway under any circumstances. You must have a valid driver’s license and be a minimum of 15 years old to drive golf carts. While golfing, walking, jogging, etc., please be aware of the golf cart paths and multiuse paths and their designations. Please stop at all stop signs, as the other driver might not see you. We have had recent reports of motor bikes on the golf course and never want anyone getting hurt. The Golf Course and cart paths are for registered Members and Guests playing a round of golf only. Use the Del Webb Community sidewalks or designated multi-use paths for non-motorized activities. Using the golf cart paths, Golf Course, or multiuse paths for any action other than their intended use adds an unexpected safety risk. Please slow down for pedestrians to a walking speed when approaching Residents from either direction on a bicycle or golf cart and let them know you are coming. Provide plenty of room to pass by gently tapping the horn or ringing the bell so that the pedestrian will have time to react and not be startled or cause an accident. Electric golf carts should not exceed 20 mph on roadways and 15 mph on cart paths. Please click here for more information on golf carts and safety in our Ave Maria Community. Please remember they need to be registered with our offices as well as the Master Association. Please click here for our user agreement. RVS: We have had more reports of RVS in the neighborhood. Please remember these are not permitted and if you have one it needs to be removed as soon as possible. If you need a temporary location to park it when you find a home for it, please contact

the front desk for temporary parking pass at the amenity centers. Thanks so much for understanding. Sidewalks in front of home: Please remember to pressure wash these as these are the homeowners responsibility. Thank you for doing your part to help the community look amazing. Driveway Pavers: Please Note: In Article V Maintenance Section 3 of our Declaration it states “...Del Webb Naples Owner Of Parcels fronting on any roadway within Del Webb Naples shall maintain driveways serving their respective Parcels...” Please inspect your own driveway pavers as soon as possible and arrange for any of them to be fixed that are needed as soon as possible as we don’t want any trip hazards for you and your neighbor. Thank you for getting these fixed and helping keep the community safe. Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and guests when using the amenity centers and to always wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, Oasis Club and Grand Hall. Alligator Safety Notice: If you ever see an alligator that you think is a nuisance, please call our office at (239) 455-2001, and we will ask our local licensed alligator trapper to come and evaluate the situation. We want to remind you that feeding alligators is illegal and will only make them more dangerous to you and your fellow Residents! Anyone feeding gators is putting everyone at risk. Please report it to our offices if you witness anyone feeding them. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and want to remind you never to feed or harass alligators and never feed other wildlife. You can be arrested for feeding and harassing alligators. As a reminder, fishing in the community is also prohibited. Please keep a safe distance from alligators and do not go near the water’s edge, walk your pets near it, or allow them to go near it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for alligators to travel from pond to pond, so you must always be aware of your surroundings regardless of where you are in the community. We are blessed to live in the beautiful southwest Florida community, and we can enjoy all of our wildlife in safe ways. Please keep garages closed during the day, as alligators, snakes, or other wildlife can enter them. For more tips and information on living with alligators, please click here, here and here. Trash & Recycling Reminder: Please keep in mind that trash and recycling still need to be out by 6:00 am, or the county cannot guarantee pickup. Homeowners are permitted

to take their trash and recycling containers out the night before for those who can’t do it the morning of. Please do not take the containers out the night before, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, to help prevent bears and other wild animals from becoming accustomed to Del Webb Naples. We don’t want anyone hurt, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please click here to view the county’s brochure on trash and recycling. As a reminder, pickup days are Mondays for trash recycling and bulk and Thursdays for trash. The only days there will not be pickup are the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please bundle landscaping materials according to the county guidelines so they can be picked up. LIFESTYLE & EVENTS 2026 is here! Let’s take a look back at all the great memories and events we enjoyed throughout December. From wreath-making with Juniper to the New Year’s Eve celebration, our community stayed lively and connected all month long. Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!

DECEMBER 3 – WREATH-MAKING WITH JUNIPER: Juniper was delighted to host a festive wreath-making event for our residents this week! Our landscaping team supplied everything needed for a creative afternoon, including artificial pine wreaths, ribbons, ornaments, and plenty of seasonal accents. Residents enjoyed crafting their own customized holiday wreaths while sharing laughs, ideas, and the spirit of the season. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the workshop such a warm and joyful success. We look forward to hosting more community-building events throughout the year!

DECEMBER 4 – HANUKKAH PARTY Our community came together this week for a fun and faith-filled Hanukkah event that welcomed residents of all different religions and backgrounds. Neighbors gathered to learn about the traditions and meaning behind the Festival of Lights, sharing prayers, joyful singing, and an array of delicious Hanukkah dishes enjoyed by all. A heartfelt thank-you goes out to our wonderful residents Artie and Randy Ginsberg and Holly King, whose dedication, planning, and passion organized and executed this special celebration. Their efforts created an atmosphere of warmth, learning, and togetherness that made the night truly memorable.

DECEMBER 5 – CHRISTMAS PARADE: Our community brought the holiday spirit to the Ave Maria Hometown Christmas Parade in true DWN style! Several of our enthusiastic residents decked out their golf carts with lights, garland, and plenty of Christmas cheer, creating a colorful and joyful procession. Leading the way were our Lifestyle Director and members of the Social Committee, proudly carrying the DWN banner as the crowd cheered us on. It was a fantastic day filled with laughter, holiday music, and community pride. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our presence in the parade so festive and fun. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

DECEMBER 12 – THE GATLIN’S: Residents gathered in the Grand Hall for a joyful Christmas celebration featuring The Gatlin’s, one of Southwest Florida’s most beloved and highly recommended musical duos. Their lively performance filled the room with holiday spirit, laughter, and plenty of sing-along moments. Adding to the festive fun, residents baked and brought in homemade cookies for a delightful cookie swap with friends and neighbors. From classic family recipes to creative holiday treats, the cookie table was a delicious highlight of the evening.

DECEMBER 14 – SING-ALONG EVENT: Residents gathered for our annual Sing-Along event hosted by our very own resident, Mike Hubbard. With Mike leading the crowd in classic holiday favorites and beloved sing-along tunes, the room was filled with laughter, music, and heartwarming community spirit. It was a wonderful evening that brought neighbors together to celebrate the season through song. Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped keep this cherished tradition alive!

DECEMBER 15 – SHOPPING EVENT: Residents gathered in the Grand Hall for a fun and lively shopping event hosted by Karyn’s Vendor Events. Over 15 local vendors set up shop, offering a wide variety of unique gifts, crafts, and goodies for residents to explore. Guests enjoyed browsing, finding treasures, and soaking in the festive atmosphere; complete with mimosas and wine to sip while shopping! It was a wonderful way for residents to shop, socialize, and support local vendors all in one cheerful afternoon.

DECEMBER 17 – SANTA PAWS: Residents brought their furry friends to the DWN Amphitheater for a delightful holiday event hosted by our landscaping company, Juniper. Guests enjoyed taking adorable pictures with Santa, sipping hot chocolate, and indulging in sweet treats—all while celebrating the season with their beloved pets. This complimentary event was a tail-wagging success, spreading festive cheer to both two-legged and four-legged members of our community! Huge thanks to all of the Residents who donated to the Humane Society of Naples!

DECEMBER 18 – MUSIC BINGO: Tom and Carol DiFlorio kept the energy high and the party going with their fun and interactive Music Bingo night! Carol wowed the crowd with her amazing emcee skills, keeping everyone laughing, engaged, and singing along. The excitement was contagious, and our lucky winners walked away with fantastic prizes. It was an evening full of music, laughter, and community spirit that residents won’t soon forget!

DECEMBER 19 – VETERANS CLUB PANCAKE BREAKFAST: Our DWN Veterans Club hosted their monthly pancake breakfast, serving up a warm and hearty home-cooked meal for residents. For just a $5 donation, guests enjoyed fluffy pancakes, savory sausage, and freshly brewed coffee—a perfect way to start the day! It was a wonderful morning filled with good food, great company, and community spirit. Thank you to our veterans for bringing everyone together over a delicious breakfast!

DECEMBER 21 – HOLIDAY POPS SHOW AT ARTIS NAPLES: Residents were invited to enjoy the Holiday Pops show at Artis Naples, an afternoon filled with festive music and holiday cheer. The performance was made even more special with a very familiar face, our own Mrs. Mary Ann James. It was a memorable afternoon of music, community, and holiday spirit that residents will surely cherish!

DECEMBER 22 – PJ PARTY GIFT EXCHANGE: Residents joined for a lively and interactive PJ Party Gift Exchange, where the swapping, exchanging, and “stealing” of gifts kept everyone laughing and engaged. Adding to the festive fun, residents also played Christmas Bingo games, bringing even more excitement to the evening. DWN supplied Dunkin’ Donuts hot chocolate and donuts, making the night both cozy and delicious. It was a memorable evening full of laughter, holiday cheer, and friendly competition perfect for celebrating the season together!

DECEMBER 31 – NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION: Residents celebrated the countdown to the New Year with a lively and entertaining event featuring Jimmy Mazz, a talented musician known for his engaging performances and festive holiday flair. Guests enjoyed singing, dancing, and tapping along to Jimmy’s fun and energetic music, making the evening truly memorable. Adding to the celebration, the club provided delicious desserts and a champagne toast, ensuring the night was as sweet and sparkling as it was fun. It was a wonderful way for residents to welcome the New Year together, filled with laughter, music, and community spirit!

BOCCE TOURNAMENT INFORMATION: Every Tuesday and Thursday starting on January 20 and ending February 26. To register, Residents must go to the bocce courts from 9am to 11am on January 5 and January 7. The tournament is limited to 75 people and is first come first serve. The tournament is also for bocce club members only.
