MESSAGE FROM THE HOA
DEAR DEL WEBB NAPLES RESIDENTS,
Happy August to all. Please see your below August Property Updates and Reminders:
Parking and Overnight Parking: Please click here for reminders in regards to overnight parking which is prohibited from midnight to 6am. During the day homeowner vehicles can temporarily be parking in the street but please remember to not block driveways or ingress/egress by emergency vehicles.
Business Use: We have had some questions in regards to business use in the community at your house. For the complete rules please click here for the governing documents which can be found in Article XIV Section 22, page 42.
Cane Toads: We have had sightings of cane toads in the community. Please be super mindful and cautious around them with your pets and any children, as they can be very dangerous and harmful if licked and touched. Always exercise extreme caution around them and never touch them or have your animal or child go near. You can read more about them and how to keep your pet safe here. We are looking into vendors to help remove them.
Alligator Safety Notice: If you ever see an alligator that you think is a nuisance, please call our office at (239) 455-2001, and we will ask our local licensed alligator trapper to come and evaluate the situation.
We want to remind you that feeding alligators is illegal and will only make them more dangerous to you and your fellow Residents! Anyone feeding gators is putting everyone at risk. Please report it to our offices if you witness anyone feeding them. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and want to remind you never to feed or harass alligators and never feed other wildlife. You can be arrested for feeding and harassing alligators. As a reminder, fishing in the community is also prohibited.
Please keep a safe distance from alligators and do not go near the water’s edge, walk your pets near it, or allow them to go near it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for alligators to travel from pond to pond, so you must always be aware of your surroundings regardless of where you are in the community. We are blessed to live in the beautiful southwest Florida community, and we can enjoy all of our wildlife in safe ways.
Please keep garages closed during the day, as alligators, snakes, or other wildlife can enter them. For more tips and information on living with alligators, please click here , here and here .
Driveway Pavers: Please Note: In Article V Maintenance Section 3 of our Declaration it states “...Del Webb Naples Owner Of Parcels fronting on any roadway within Del Webb Naples shall maintain driveways serving their respective Parcels...”
Please inspect your own driveway pavers as soon as possible and arrange for any of them to be fixed that are needed as soon as possible as we don’t want any trip hazards for you and your neighbor. Thank you for getting these fixed and helping keep the community safe.
Speeding & Safe Driving: Please remember to obey all speed limits in Del Webb Naples and be mindful of fellow Neighbors when driving your golf carts, cars and bikes. Please never walk on the golf course cart paths, as this is never permitted for safety purposes. Please note: You are able to walk on the anthem cart paths as bikes pedestrians and golf carts can go on those.
Behavior Towards Guests & Fellow Neighbors: Please remember never to confront Guests, or anyone you think doesn’t belong in Del Webb Naples. Always be respectful and polite and let us know if you see someone you don’t think belongs so we can check. We never want any confrontation or harm. Please always have your Guests registered with us and wearing wristbands.
Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and Guests when using the amenity centers and to wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, Oasis Club, and Grand Hall. Please remember there is a 30 minute limit on cardio equipment and lap pool if others are waiting to use them. Please never use vulgar language at one another.
Crime Prevention Reminder: The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind us to report any suspicious activity or persons and to keep our doors locked and valuables out of sight. Working together and practicing crime prevention strategies can help keep our community safe and is the best way to prevent crime. Please dial 911 in an emergency. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office can be reached at (239) 252-9300.

If You See Something, Say Something: Please let us know if you ever see any safety concerns we should address as soon as possible. No one spends more time in this community than you, and we greatly appreciate you letting us know.
Pet Reminder: As a reminder, please clean up after your pets and keep them on leashes at all times in Del Webb Naples. Please make sure not allow them to go on other’s properties as well.
Trash & Recycling Reminder: Please keep in mind that trash and recycling still need to be out by 6:00 am, or the county cannot guarantee pickup. Homeowners are permitted to take their trash and recycling containers out the night before for those who can’t do it the morning of. Please do not take the containers out the night before, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, to help prevent bears and other wild animals from becoming accustomed to Del Webb Naples.
We don’t want anyone hurt, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please click here to view the county’s brochure on trash and recycling. As a reminder, pickup days are Mondays for trash recycling and bulk and Thursdays for trash. The only days there will not be pickup are the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Please bundle landscaping materials according to the county guidelines so they can be picked up. If you want these materials picked up for a charge, please contact Juniper at customercare@juniperlandscaping.com .

August is here! Let’s take a look back at all the great memories and events we enjoyed throughout July. From the July 4th Parade to the Resin Tray Class, our community stayed lively and connected all month long.
Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!
JULY 4 TH PARADE:
The festivities kicked off with our Golf Cart Decorating Contest and Parade, where 13 creatively decorated golf carts rolled through the community showing off their red, white, and blue pride. A big congratulations to our three contest winners, who each received gift cards to local shops around Ave Maria. Click here
JULY 4 TH POOL PARTY:
The celebration continued at 12:00 PM with our annual Pool Party, where DJ Tom DiFlorio kept the music going and the energy high all afternoon. German, one of our DWN team members, fired up the grill and served delicious burgers and hot dogs for everyone to enjoy. Although Mother Nature brought a few passing rain showers throughout the day, the weather couldn’t dampen our community spirit. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Independence Day celebration such a wonderful success. We look forward to seeing you at our next community event!
SOAP MAKING CLASS:
Residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of creativity during our recent Soap Making Class! Participants had the opportunity to learn the basics of handcrafted soap making while selecting from a variety of colors, fragrances, and decorative elements to create their own unique bars of soap.
TOTE BAG CLASS:
Our Tote Bag Craft Class was a wonderful success! Participants had a great time transforming plain canvas tote bags into personalized creations using colorful ironon designs and patches. Everyone enjoyed choosing from a variety of fun graphics and messages, then arranging and pressing their designs to create one-of-a-kind bags that reflected their own style and creativity. It was inspiring to see so many unique ideas come to life!
BLOOD DRIVE:
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in our recent NCH Community Blood Drive. Once again, our residents came together to make a meaningful difference by donating blood to help our local community. Every donation helps save a life. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our residents for your continued support of our blood drives throughout the year.
SOCK HOP DANCE PARTY:
Our community took a trip back in time for a fantastic Sock Hop Dance Party featuring the talented Chrome 57! Residents enjoyed an evening filled with classic hits, energetic dancing, and plenty of nostalgia as the band brought the sounds of the ‘50s and ‘60s to life. From toe-tapping favorites to lively dance tunes, the music kept everyone entertained and the dance floor busy. Many residents embraced the Sock Hop theme, adding to the fun atmosphere and making the event even more memorable.
TASTE OF NAPLES: MEDITERRANO:
Our monthly Taste of Naples event brought residents together for another wonderful evening of dining, conversation, and community. Held every fourth Wednesday of the month, this special outing gives residents the opportunity to gather at local restaurants and enjoy seasonal specials while experiencing the many wonderful dining options Naples has to offer. This month, residents enjoyed a delicious summer dinner at Mediterrano, where everyone had the chance to relax, share a meal, and spend time with friends in a welcoming atmosphere. The evening was filled with great food, laughter, and meaningful conversations around the table.
RESIN TRAY CLASS:
Residents had the opportunity to explore their creativity during our Resin Tray Class, where they transformed wooden trays into stunning, one-of-a-kind resin masterpieces. Each participant selected colors, patterns, and design elements to create a unique tray that showcased their individual style and artistic vision. The class was a wonderful way to learn a new craft, enjoy time with friends, and experience the excitement of seeing each design come together.
