We hope you have a great Spring, Passover and Easter with all your families! We have had a very busy season here at the Club. As always please remember to have your guests register with us and wearing their wristbands. If you ever see someone fishing or that you don’t think belongs, never confront them but please let us know instead. We never want anyone to get hurt and want all to be safe! Below are your April Property Updates and Reminders:
Oasis Building Update: We have received good news that one of the electrical panels for the building can be turned on as of this morning. Electricity will now work for the exercise machines, salon and cafe!
As a reminder, please follow all posted signs and directions to ensure your safety and compliance with County requirements as the locker rooms and av closet cannot be accessed. Please see the below updates and reminder:
• The HOA Team will remain at The Rusty Putter, as power and internet have not yet been restored in the offices.
• The gym and movement studio will be open and now has electricity.
• The gym and movement studio will be open only from 8AM to 6PM.
• We will now have electricity in the salon and this will open for Residents again on Monday.
• The Craft Room will be back open, along with the Community Room, but will not have power.
• The library will be open with no power.
• The Cafe will be open for seating and reading the paper.
• The pool and outside areas remain open.
• The locker rooms remain closed. Please use the restrooms just off the Oasis lobby in the Community Room.
• Do not enter the locker rooms or AV closet under any circumstances. Construction will be happening there, and it is extremely dangerous.
Please note that some services will not be available, even though we are reopening. We encourage you to check for updates on available services and reach out with any questions or concerns. We ask for your patience as we work through the known and unknown issues. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
Annual Flowers: Our annuals will be installed this month as Spring has sprung!
If you see something, say something: Please let us know if you ever see a safety concern we can address. No one spends more time in this community than you do, and we want everyone to be as safe as possible. Please never confront someone you don’t think belongs in Del Webb Naples, but please let us know instead.
Alligator Safety Notice: If you ever see an alligator that you think is a nuisance, please call our office at (239) 455-2001, and we will ask our local licensed alligator trapper to come and evaluate the situation.
We want to remind you that feeding alligators is illegal and will only make them more dangerous to you and your fellow Residents! Anyone feeding gators is putting everyone at risk. Please report it to our offices if you witness anyone feeding them. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and want to remind you never to feed or harass alligators and never feed other wildlife. You can be arrested for feeding and harassing alligators. As a reminder, fishing in the community is also prohibited.
Please keep a safe distance from alligators and do not go near the water’s edge, walk your pets near it, or allow them to go near it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for alligators to travel from pond to pond, so you must always be aware of your surroundings regardless of where you are in the community. We are blessed to live in the beautiful southwest Florida community, and we can enjoy all of our wildlife in safe ways.
Please keep garages closed during the day, as alligators, snakes, or other wildlife can enter them. For more tips and information on living with alligators, please click here , here and here .
Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and guests when using the amenity centers and to always wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, Oasis Club and Grand Hall.
Driveway Pavers: Please Note: In Article V Maintenance Section 3 of our Declaration it states “...Del Webb Naples Owner Of Parcels fronting on any roadway within Del Webb Naples shall maintain driveways serving their respective Parcels...”
Please inspect your own driveway pavers as soon as possible and arrange for any of them to be fixed that are needed as soon as possible as we don’t want any trip hazards for you and your neighbor. Thank you for getting these fixed and helping keep the community safe.
Trash & Recycling Reminder: Please keep in mind that trash and recycling still need to be out by 6:00 am, or the county cannot guarantee pickup. Homeowners are permitted to take their trash and recycling containers out the night before for those who can’t do it the morning of. Please do not take the containers out the night before, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, to help prevent bears and other wild animals from becoming accustomed to Del Webb Naples.
We don’t want anyone hurt, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please click here to view the county’s brochure on trash and recycling. As a reminder, pickup days are Mondays for trash recycling and bulk and Thursdays for trash. The only days there will not be pickup are the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Please bundle landscaping materials according to the county guidelines so they can be picked up. If you want these materials picked up for a charge, please contact Juniper at customercare@juniperlandscaping.com .
A Note From Juniper - Pruning of Magnolia Trees: We will be conducting pruning of the magnolia trees on April 6th, 2026. This scheduled maintenance is essential to maintaining the health, shape, and aesthetic appeal of the trees. The pruning process will involve removing dead, diseased, or damaged branches to encourage vigorous growth, improve air circulation, and stimulate better blooming. Additionally, we will be removing branches that are touching the roof or overhanging the driveway to ensure safety and accessibility.

Old Sales Center Parking Lot Construction: Please note this small side parking lot by the Rusty Putter, model homes and old sales center is under construction and will be replaced with landscaping. Please use caution around the area and do not enter where the old parking lot used to be under any circumstances!
Golf Cart, Vehicle and Pedestrian Safety Reminder: As the community grows we want to make sure everyone is aware of our golf cart policies. Please remember all golf carts need to be registered with us and the Master Association and need to list Pulte, Hampton Golf and Del Webb Naples Community Association as additionally insured with limits of at least $300,000 for our records and must be renewed annually. Additionally, Ave Maria Stewardship District, Ave Maria Master Association, Ave Maria Development LLP and Ave Maria University must be additionally insured as shown on page 7 in the Ave Maria

Please remember to stop at all stop signs in the community and obey all rules of the road including not to speed as we have had some reports of speeding lately. Remember all streets in Del Webb Naples gates are 25ph and 35 mph on Anthem. Parking lots and coming into the Oasis Club is 15mph. As a reminder do not walk on the golf course cart path as this is not permitted and is dangerous. The golf course cart paths are just for the golfers.
Additionally, please remember it is not permitted to park golf carts next to the tennis, pickleball courts or other amenities on the sidewalks as it can be a safety concern and could cause pedestrians to walk off the road onto incoming traffic and we don’t want anyone getting hurt.

Let’s take a look back at all the great memories and events we enjoyed throughout March. From the Tea Party to the Kowiachobee Animal Preserve Tour, our community stayed lively and connected all month long.

Residents recently stepped back in time and enjoyed a charming afternoon at our Victorian Tea Party! The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed, hand-made teas. Guests savored a delightful selection of savory tea sandwiches and indulged in an assortment of desserts. The fun continued with a lively round of Tea Bingo, where residents tested their luck and enjoyed some friendly competition. It was a lovely afternoon. Thank you to everyone who made it a success.
Our recent Meet & Greet Mixer was a wonderful opportunity for both new and longtime residents to come together, socialize, and make new connections. Residents had the chance to meet many of our fantastic club and group leaders, learn about the variety of activities offered in the community, and sign up for clubs that sparked their interest. Guests also enjoyed a delicious spread of wine, cheeses, meats, and crackers, making the evening even more enjoyable as everyone mingled and explored new ways to get involved.
Residents arrived dressed to impress, many wearing beautiful masks that added an air of mystery and elegance to the night. A special thank you goes to DJ Bam and Marti, who kept the party going all night long while residents celebrating together. The evening was filled with fun, and friendship as residents embraced the spirit of prom once again, with a stylish masquerade twist.
Creativity was in full bloom at our Spring Wreath Making Workshop! Residents gathered for a fun and relaxing time full of crafting. Using grapevine wreaths and colorful artificial spring flowers, participants let their creativity shine while arranging blossoms, greenery, and decorative accents into unique works of art. No two wreaths were alike, and each one captured the cheerful spirit of spring.
Excitement filled the room during our recent Quarter Auction, hosted in partnership with Kayrn Vendor Events! A variety of wonderful vendors provided items for the auction, giving participants the chance to win great prizes. Residents placed their bets using quarters, hoping their number would be called as each item was revealed. The anticipation grew with every round as everyone waited to see who would take home the next prize! With great vendors, fun prizes, and lots of cheering from the crowd, the event was a huge success.
Our recent Nature Day adventure was one for the books! Residents spent a beautiful day exploring Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, strolling along the scenic boardwalk, and taking in the sights on a guided tour. Along the way, we spotted over 15 different bird species, adorable baby raccoons, and even an alligator, despite the chilly morning! After our nature-filled morning, the group headed over to Tacos & Tequila Cantina where we enjoyed a delicious lunch filled with flavorful dishes, refreshing drinks, and even better conversation. It was the perfect way to wrap up a day of wildlife, fresh air, and community fun!
Bingo Night was full of excitement as 150 residents gathered for an evening of fun, laughter, and the chance to win BIG! What started as a classic game of bingo quickly turned into an action-packed night as we kicked things up a notch with Birthday Bingo, B.O Bingo, and an electrifying round of Bonus Bingo.
The energy in the room was high as players stayed on the edge of their seats, especially during the coverall round with a $285 cash prize on the line. It was a night to remember filled with friendly competition and community spirit.
A special shoutout to our residents Paul DesMarais and Colleen DesMarais for bringing their creative vision of Fun Bingo to life! Your ideas made this unforgettable night possible!
Our recent visit to the Kowiachobee Animal Preserve was nothing short of a wild adventure! Residents enjoyed a private guided tour through the preserve, where we learned about the animals and their rescue stories. Along the way, we saw incredible animals including tigers, a lion, playful lemurs, and even the preserve’s famous alligator, Bubba! There were plenty of photo opportunities and lots of fun facts shared by our knowledgeable tour guide. The Kowiachobee Animal Preserve is a nonprofit sanctuary dedicated to providing a safe home for rescued and retired animals while educating the public about wildlife conservation and animal care.
The Grand Hall was filled with music, energy, and smiling faces as the Naples New Horizons Band joined us for a live performance. Residents enjoyed an afternoon of classic tunes and lively melodies performed by this talented local group. We greatly appreciate the Naples New Horizons Band for generously volunteering their time and performing for our community at no charge. It was truly a fantastic afternoon of music, entertainment, and community spirit in the Grand Hall!

To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service to our Members, we are implementing an updated reservation policy effective immediately. When making a reservation, we will require the name of the Resident/Member under which the reservation is made. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in a 50% charge applied to the Members’ account for special events.
