MEMBERSHIP
Members enjoy a vibrant social calendar filled with events, multiple dining venues, and a well-stocked wine room to discover. The Championship par-72 golf course features six sets of tees, a full practice range with two putting greens, practice bunkers, and chipping areas. Tennis enthusiasts have access to 12 Har-Tru courts, including 10 lit for evening play, along with 4 pickleball courts. The Fitness Center includes dedicated areas for weights, cardio, and group classes, offering a full schedule of workouts, personal training, and massage therapy. Water amenities include a junior Olympic-size pool, splash pool, and Jacuzzi. Families also benefit from the DCC Kids Club, which offers childcare and seasonal camps for children.
CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE
Experience our history with 7,261 yard championship tees at one of the most prestigious golf courses in Jacksonville, Florida. Our members and guests typically spend four hours and 15 minutes enjoying our breathtaking 18-hole championship course. With six sets of tees, the course provides a friendly layout for the beginner golfer as well as a challenge for the expert golfer. Deerwood features an 18-hole championship golf course, The Approach a 6-hole short course slated to open in 2026, a full practice facility, and a large putting green.
CLUBHOUSE DINING
The clubhouse, a centerpiece of Deerwood Country Club, is completely renovated from one end to the other with new casual family dining room "1960". Anchored by a perfectly renovated pool and spa with adjacent poolside dining, there's Sam's Place - an intimate adult-only dining/bar featuring live music on weekends. Boasting three dining options as well as "to-go" and Food Truck Mondays, there's no shortage of dining options for Members throughout the week.
POOL & WELLNESS
The reimagined resort-style zero-entry pool and spa have Members enjoying an oasis of tranquility and rejuvenation. Adjacent to fitness, kids club and poolside dining, it's the perfect spot to have fun!
RACQUET SPORTS
The Racquet Club has six newly renovated subsurface irrigated Har-tru tennis courts (remaining six courts slated for future renovation) with new LED lighting enhancing competitive play for Members and featured tournaments. Four exciting pickle ball courts offer fun for all skill levels with exceptional space to enjoy this fast-growing sport.
EQUITY MEMBERSHIP
As a club owner, Equity Members enjoy voting rights, eligibility to serve on boards and committees, priority placement in tournaments, annual Guest passes, and additional perks for immediate family Members living at home (up to age 26). Equity certificates are fully transferable.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
This is a non equity membership designed for those living both within and outside the gates, Associate Membership offers full access to club amenities for the entire household (up to age 24). With more than 200 Associate Members from across Duval County and beyond, Deerwood is a true citywide community.
