EVENTS AT ASTOR CREEK COUNTRY CLUB

Your special occasions deserve special attention to detail that Astor Creek is known for providing. From a five-course dinner in the dining room to an elaborate ballroom gala or a starlit celebration in elegant outdoor locations, Astor Creek Golf & Country Club specializes in creating magnificent social celebrations, turning our wedding and special event locations in Port St. Lucie, FL, into spectacular affairs.

GUARANTEES

Final Guest count and menu selections will be due to your Private Events Associate seven (7) days prior to your event. This Guest count will be considered your final guarantee and is not subject to reduction. You are able to increase your Guest count up to three (3) days prior to your event date but no reductions will apply. All final counts are due three (3) days prior to the event. If your actual Guest count exceeds this number, additional charges will be incurred. All events are subject to a minimum of 50 Guests.

PRICING + ROOM RENTAL FEES

Room rentals are reduced once the stated Food & Beverage (F&B) minimum is met. A 22% service charge for Members and 24% for non-Members plus applicable sales tax are added to all food and beverage. Beverage Packages may be added to any room rental. Room rental fees include your allotted event time with an additional hour before and after the event for setup and break down. Any additional hours will require an additional fee. Extensive setup, breakdown and layout needs will be subject to a set up and break down fee.

FOOD + BEVERAGE MINIMUM

A food and beverage minimum requirement will be applied to your event based on your event date and time. This minimum will be set by your Private Events Associate and outlined in your contract. The minimum is encompassing of your total event order and is inclusive of service charge, sales tax, room rental and additional banquet fees. One bartender per 50 Guests for full bar service is required for all events. Servers are included with meal packages.

PAYMENT + DEPOSIT

A deposit of $500 is required to secure the date and space for all events booked at Astor Creek Golf & Country Club. This deposit will be applied towards the total bill of your event. If there is a situation where the event is canceled, this deposit is non-refundable. 100% of your event total must be paid by the date of your event in the form of a check. A convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all credit card payments.

OTHER INFORMATION

All menu items and pricing are per person and subject to change. All outside vendors, whether arranged by the club or the client, will be the sole responsibility of the client. Seated banquet capacity is based on Guest layout and table set up needs. The additions of a dance floor, stage, screens, etc. will decrease the seated maximum capacity.

All bars will be hosted by Astor Creek’s service staff to ensure compliance with Florida’s Responsible Vendor Act.
