- Led site planning, schematic design, and design development phases, translating client goals and site analysis into functional, cohesive design solutions. Addressed layout, circulation, contextual integration, and site constraints while ensuring compliance with local building codes, fire lane access, traffic studies, and parking requirements.
- Developed conceptual design ideas and building envelope solutions for prefabricated wall systems, integrating insulation, cladding, weatherproofing, and structural components to meet client and project objectives.
- Prepared detailed construction drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions using Revit and AutoCAD, including Comm Check, Life Safety Plans, Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Finish Plans, and Enlarged Detailed Plans for restrooms and millwork areas with interior elevations for contractor use.
