Thoughts of steamer trunks filled with layers of pattern and print, seeking beautiful things from afar, travelling to wonderous places, Curios blends global design influences with quintessential botanical prints for an uplifting collection of fabrics, weaves, and wallpapers.
A refreshed and directional palette excites the senses, bringing spices, jewels, and florals, as well as earthenware and natural dyes discovered on the Silk Road, to life in colour. With a thoughtful palette, decorative prints, and inspired exotic textiles, Curios reveals an eclectic tale of ikats, checks, and stylised florals.
Printed fabrics highlight luscious gardens, heavy with palms, leafy trails and florals, layered with ikat designs that draw the eye. Belari’s herringbone stripe is transformed in bold yet useable colours that weave throughout the collection, layering designs for design stories that become lost in the eternal beauty of time. Celebrating layers of history and provenance, Curios brings together fabrics mastered and crafted over time, each design deeply connected to its origins.
Bringing treasures home from afar to be added to one’s home, this new collection tells a design story of exciting new weaves inspired by the origins of the craft and elevated through an intense colour palette. From Dabu to Bagru, Matmi, and Toba, a selection of designs brings tactility to interiors through densely woven fabrics and clever explorations of the weft and warp in dyeing.
Wallpapers Musafir and Dabu, Mudmi and Khes derive their inspiration from prints and weaves, transforming into new textures for the wall.

AKAN
Inspired by Ghanaian textiles and the vibrant art of Kente weaving, Akan is a modern, small-scale ikat design. Traditional with a handcrafted look, the weave features a soft geometric pattern - a stylised interpretation of organic shapes.

The name Dabu comes from the traditional textile art form that originated in Rajasthan, India, which combines block printing, mud resist, and natural dyes. Inspired by this craft, small-scale stylised floral motifs have been surface printed for a hand-block print mark with a lovely chalky ground. A matching weave is available.
