Step into a fantastical world with Wild Escape: Indoor | Outdoor, Emma J Shipley’s new fabric collection designed for both inside and outside spaces.

Inspired by nature’s extraordinary landscapes, from coral seas to cloud forests, the designs are surreal, intricate, and full of wonder - bringing a sense of magic to gardens, outdoor spaces, as well as within the home.

Crafted in the UK with high-performance finishes, the fabrics combine bold, expressive design with colourfastness and resistance to the elements, making them just as suited for outdoor furnishings.

DESIGNS

AUDUBON

Inspired by 19th-century botanical artist John James Audubon, the hand-drawn design features fantastical birds alongside geometric and scientific details. Look out for mechanical bees and birds, as well as metallic tags carried by birds, inscribed with the names of inspirational scientists and naturalists from Audubon to Turing. Audubon has been beautifully interpreted as an outdoor fabric, with an anti-microbial finish and high light fastness, crafted in the UK.

BOSQUE DREAMS

Enter a jungle dreamscape inspired by Emma J Shipley’s travels in the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica, one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. An enigmatic puma stands centre-stage, surrounded by other fantastical forest creatures, including macaws, monkeys, sloths, and ocelots. Bosque dreams has been beautifully interpreted as an outdoor fabric, featuring an anti-microbial finish, with a high light fastness, and made in the UK.

Brimming with vibrancy and boldness, Felis is available in three colourways: a classic leopard print, a vivid verdant green, and a cool turquoise. Lynx was created by Emma J Shipley after her travels to the Western Cape in South Africa, where she explored the ancient rock paintings and mythology of the San people. Emma J Shipley was inspired by the 19th-century antique botanical drawings of zoologist Ernst Haeckel and the novel 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne for this design. Seaforest invites you to escape into a fantastical new world beneath the water’s surface. Discover a flurry of stingrays, shoals of fish, and gently wafting coral. See mythical sea horses that happily careen on by or anemones that gently sway through a scene that invites you to dream.
