Hermann Sons Life launches new website SAN ANTONIO – Hermann Sons Life is excited to announce the launch of our new website, a significant step forward in improving how we connect with our members and the community. This updated website is designed to be user-friendly, with a fresh look and easier navigation. The website address remains hermannsonslife.org. “I am so proud of our new website,” President and CEO Robin Czarnek said. “Our team put in countless hours to provide a better, more userfriendly customer experience with improved navigation, more features and enhanced security measures. We hope our members will enjoy using the new site!” The last website was developed in 2016. We recognized it was time for a new website due to its age, outdated software, its lack of ability to function efficiently and to avoid the risk of security issues. Intensive research was done to find the most experienced, knowledgeable and affordable website company to take on a website of this magnitude.
Backyard Studios, an awardwinning digital marketing agency in San Antonio, was hired to create a new Hermann Sons Life website early in 2024. “We’re thrilled to launch the new and improved Hermann Sons Life website! This update is designed to better showcase Hermann Sons Life’s incredible benefits while making it easier than ever for members and visitors to connect. We’re excited about the opportunities this website will bring to support and grow the Hermann Sons Life community,” Cameron Brooks, Backyard Studios Digital
Marketing Director, said. Home Office officers and the Communications Department have been working closely with the Backyard Studios’ team to develop an enhanced site for all members’ and potential members’ online needs from product and living benefit information, to agent contact and member benefit registration for camp and dance. The new website features improved user experience, better search engine optimization (SEO), enhanced brand image, improved security, better mobile responsiveness and
up-to-date software to stay current with the latest web design trends. The improvements ensure the website works well on all devices, so whether you’re on a phone, tablet or computer, you’ll have a seamless experience. It is Hermann Sons Life’s goal to offer members their account information and payment options on the website. A whole, new business administration system is required for those website features and is under development. See NEW, Pg. 26
