Where and when will my jacket be delivered? As all jackets are custom-built, please allow up to 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Your local Herff Jones Representative can let you know if your jacket will be available for pickup at your school or shipped directly to the address you provide when ordering. How do I select jacket size? Your local Herff Jones Representative will assist you with Sample Jackets to ensure a proper fit. You get to actually try these jackets on, so a measuring device is not used. This is the best way to ensure you get the right jacket size. How do I order patches? Patches can be ordered when you order your jacket. This can be done with your local Herff Jones Sales Representative when they are at you school for their ordering event. Any patches ordered after that will have to be ordered directly from the Herff Jones Sales Representative. Can I order patches later, online? Online ordering is not an option at this time, but you can order through your Herff Jones Representative any at any time. Will my patches already be sewn on when I get my jacket? Any patches you order when you order your jacket will be sewn on before delivery. Any patches ordered after that will be your responsibility to sew on. How can I order the other products shown in this catalog, such as the framed chenille or frames? Framed chenille awards, blankets, and other accessory products may be ordered through your Herff Jones Representative. The representative can help select product options, personalization details, and submit the order.
