This pack helps promote the simple onboarding process for the Perx app. The app, part of Hepatitis NSW's HepConnect program, promotes hep C treatment support for people starting, or already on, treatment. This simple to use app gives patients autonomy over their health tasks, providing an easy daily schedule and reminders for tasks (such as taking tablets, refilling prescriptions, having their SVR test). The best part is it also provides gift cards from major retailers which can be won for completing daily tasks (i.e. taking medication) on time! By putting this poster up in your waiting area, and making flyers available for clients to take, you are helping support their hep C treatment and cure.
