Established in 1999 by father and son, Kieran and Gordon McAtamney, K&G McAtamney has evolved from a traditional Ballymena butchers shop into a leading foodservice producer. Remaining proudly family-owned, the business continues to be run by managing director Gordon guiding with hands on leadership, ensuring the values, integrity and standards it was founded on remain uncompromised.

K&G operates from Double A Grade BRC-accredited production facility, combining skilled, in-house butchery with efficient modern processing. Time-honoured techniques sit alongside continuous investment in people, technology and infrastructure. In 2025 the facility expanded from 16,00sq ft to 40,000 sq.ft, achieving Bord Bia accreditation in the same year.
