Alternatively, please address your enquiry to: grandspa@grandresort.gr. To confirm your appointment, non-resident guests will be asked to provide credit card details. Treatments For further information or personalised advice, our team is entirely at your disposal. Please speak with our specialist Spa reception, who will guide you to the treatment best suited to your needs. Arrival Time We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to welcome you, introduce you to our facilities and have a brief discussion about your treatment expectations. If you are running late, a courtesy call is greatly appreciated. Where possible, we will ensure your full treatment time; however, to accommodate the next guest, treatment duration may occasionally need to be adjusted. Dress Code & Lockers A locker will be placed at the disposal of each guest. We will provide an abundance of towels, a robe, slippers, a shower cap and all amenities during your visit to the Spa facilities. Restriction of Use The Spa is a retreat for body, mind and spirit. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum and speak softly. The use of mobile phones and electronic devices, as well as alcohol and tobacco, is strictly prohibited within the Spa. Age Requirements We are delighted to offer treatments for guests under 16 years of age; however, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Loss or Damage We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Payment & Cancellation Policy All major credit cards are accepted. Cash and foreign currency payments are also welcome, and charges may be applied directly to your room. A 50% cancellation charge applies for any treatment or programme cancelled between 24 and 12 hours prior to the appointment. A 100% cancellation charge applies for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance. All pre-paid programmes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift Certificates Gift certificates for Grand Spa treatments are available at the Spa reception, a thoughtful gift for those you care for most. Spa Boutique To continue your treatment journey in the comfort of your own home, we offer a carefully curated range of products in the Thalaspa boutique. Our highly trained therapists are on hand to advise you on the selections best suited to your skin and wellness goals. Accidents & Injuries The Thalaspa shall not be held liable for accidents or injuries sustained by guests using the facilities. Valuables We kindly ask that no jewellery be worn in the Spa, gym or pool areas. Lockers are provided in the changing rooms, and safety deposit boxes are available at the hotel reception. Guests are responsible for their locker key while in the Spa area. Prices All prices are quoted in Euro and are subject to change at any time.
