The garden is highly unusual, featuring a landscaped maze with sculptures, water features, a large pond with koi and turtles, and a waterwheel At the bottom of our property, you can access the Trans-Canada Trail, a famous national walking and biking trail from the Pacific to the Atlantic

Our home is a 5 bedroom 4400 square foot remodeled home in Manhattan Beach We are about 1 mile from the beach and less than a fiveminute e-bike ride to the downtown area and pier. We have a pool with a built-in jacuzzi and completely remodeled and professionally decorated the home in 2021 The home has an open floor plan between the kitchen and family room with a Cantina accordion door that can open to the outside pool deck with a fire table that is great for relaxing with a glass of wine at night

We have 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bath with a walk-in shower and large tub The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom. We have 2 kids' rooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom between them There is a downstairs bedroom with a private bath that we currently have set up as an office

The separate large chef's kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and has french doors leading to one of the four private terraces this home has to offer Walk up the custom staircase to two spacious bedrooms, also with private balconies overlooking downtown Manhattan

We live in a modern 285 sqm loft in the 9th district (arrondissement) of Paris. Our building is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants Our flat is distributed through 3 levels, which correspond to the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of the building. On the first level of our loft, you will find an office, a 100 sqm room with a living room (including a fireplace), a dining room, a super-equipped kitchen, a first « small » terrace, and a bedroom with its en-suite bathroom.
