Topreventinjurytoworkers,thesymbolsandareusedtomarksafetyprecautionsinthismanual.Thecautions accompanyingthesesymbolsshouldalwaysbefollowedcarefully.Ifanydangeroussituationarisesormaypossiblyarise, firstconsidersafety,andtakethenecessaryactionstodealwiththesituation.
GeneralPrecautions
Mistakesinoperationareextremelydangerous.Readthe Operation&MaintenanceManualcarefullyBEFORE operatingthemachine.Inaddition,readthismanualand understanditscontentsbeforestartingthework.
1.Beforecarryingoutanygreasingorrepairs,readallthe precautionsgivenonthelabelswhicharefixedtothe machine.Forthelocationsofthesafetylabelsanda detailedexplanationofprecautions,seetheOperation& MaintenanceManual
2.Whencarryingoutanyoperation,alwayswearsafety shoesandhelmet.Donotwearlooseworkclothes,or clotheswithbuttonsmissing.
•Alwayswearsafetyglasseswhenhittingpartswith ahammer.
•Alwayswearsafetyglasseswhengrindingparts withagrinder,etc.
3.Ifweldingrepairsareneeded,alwayshaveatrained, experiencedweldercarryoutthework.Whencarrying outweldingwork,alwayswearweldinggloves,apron, shieldinggoggles,cap,andotherclothessuitedfor weldingwork.

4.Whencarryingoutanyoperationwithtwoormore workers,alwaysagreeontheoperatingprocedure beforestarting.Alwaysinformyourfellowworkers beforestartinganystepoftheoperation.Beforestarting work,hangUNDERREPAIRsignsonthecontrolsin theoperator'scompartment.
5.Keepalltoolsingoodcondition;learnthecorrectway tousethem;andusetheproperones.Beforestarting work,thoroughlycheckthetools,machine,forklift, servicecar,etc.
6.Onlyqualifiedworkersmustcarryoutworkand operationswhichrequirelicenseorqualification.
7.Decideaplaceintherepairworkshoptokeeptoolsand removedparts.Alwayskeepthetoolsandpartsintheir correctplaces.Alwayskeeptheworkareacleanand makesurethatthereisnodirtoroilonthefloor.Smoke onlyintheareasprovidedforsmoking.Neversmoke whileworking.
