AfterStarting
1.Keepenginespeedlowuntiloilpressureregisters.Ifoilpressuredoesnotregister,stopengine andinvestigate.
2.Checkaircleanerserviceindicator.IfREDpistonislockedinthevisiblepositionhaveair cleanerserviced.
3.Operateengineunderlightloadfor5minutes.
4.Checkgaugesfrequentlyduringoperation.AllgaugesmustindicateintheNORMALoperating range.Theammeterisnormalwhentheindicatorisatoronthe+sideofzero.
5.Iftractorisequippedwithwaterpressureandwatertemperaturegauges,bothgaugesshould registerinthesamecolorranges.Donotoperatewhentemperaturegaugeindicatorisbeyond colorrangeindicatedbypressuregauge.Thetractormaybeoperatedifpressuregaugeindicatoris beyondcolorrangeindicatedbytemperaturegauge.

Foryourownsafety,andmaximumservicelifeofthetractor,athoroughwalk-aroundinspection shouldbemadebeforemountingthemachinetostarttheengine.Checkaroundandunder machineforsuchitemsasloosebolts,trashbuild-up,lubricant,fuelorcoolantleaks,and conditionoftrackandimplements.
