Contest Rules and Regulations Heart & Stroke Lottery Sweepstakes 1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (“Heart & Stroke”). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google and Fitbit. 1.1 Eligibility: The Heart & Stroke Lottery Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Ontario who have reached 18 years of age (“Entrants”). No (i) employee, officer, director or member of Heart & Stroke, (ii) employee, officer or director of the advertising or promotional agencies; (iii) immediate family members of the individuals set out in (i) and (ii) above; and (iv) any person residing or domiciled with any individuals set out in (i), (ii), or (iii) above is eligible to enter the Contest. 1.2 Contest Period: Starting at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Time, March 24, 2025, and ending at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, April 8, 2025 (“Contest Period”). All eligible entries must be received within the Contest Period. 1.3 Contest Entry: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To participate in the Contest, Entrants must complete the contest registration form. Entrants will be entered into the Contest for one (1) chance to win the Prize (i.e. one entry). Partially completed contest registration forms will not be accepted. 1.4 Alternatively, individuals may mail their name, mailing address, email address and phone number to 2300 Yonge St., Suite 1200, Box 2414 Toronto Ontario M4P 1E4 to enter. 1.5 Contest Entry Restrictions: Entrants are restricted to one (1) entry per person. Entries indicating the same e-mail address will be considered, for purposes of the Contest, to belong to the same Entrants and therefore are subject to the above restriction. Any excess entries will be invalid for purposes of the Contest draw. For greater clarity, Entrants cannot use multiple email addresses to enter the contest multiple times. Heart & Stroke will not accept entries by phone, email, fax or any other method not specifically permitted herein. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are prohibited and will be disqualified. 2. PRIZE 2.1 Prize: All Entrants will be entered to win one (1) Fitbit Versa 4 Fitness Tracker (“Prize”). The Prize is valued at $306.20 CAD. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No substitution or transfers of the Prize will be allowed. The Prize will be shipped to the winner within six (6) weeks of receiving the winner’s mailing address.
