THE INSIDER

A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

Summer is here, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to feel strong, energized, and supported both inside and outside the club. For me, that starts with my own routine. Lately my workouts begin with heavier strength training, then I move into bodyweight exercises and stretching. I’ve also been hiking and walking more, and I’m getting at least 10 minutes on the Stairclimber four days a week. It’s a good reminder that we’re all working on something, one workout at a time.

A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

You’ll see some visible changes around HealthSPORT. In Arcata, we’re repainting the building to give it a fresh, clean, and welcoming feel that matches the energy you bring through the doors every day. We’re also adding a new building to expand our Pilates program so more members can experience the benefits of mindful movement, core strength, and low-impact training. I’m excited about how this will open up new possibilities for your workouts. Most of all, I want HealthSPORT to be your fun spot this summer the place you look forward to coming to. A place where you learn new things, see your friends, and feel real encouragement from our team. Whether you’re lifting heavy, trying Pilates for the first time, hopping on the Stairclimber, or just getting back into a routine after a busy season, we’re here to support you. Thank you for being part of the HealthSPORT community and for trusting us with your health and fitness. I hope to see you in the clubs, trying something new, saying hello to someone you haven’t met yet, and enjoying the feeling of getting just a little bit stronger this summer.

With appreciation,

I WANT HEALTHSPORT TO BE YOUR FUN SPOT THIS SUMMER—THE PLACE YOU LOOK FORWARD TO COMING TO!
