Changes for 2024 Benefits and other aspects of a plan can change each year, even if you keep the same plan. Below are some benefit changes for the 2024 plan year.
Other ways you can identify plan changes: Review your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) that is mailed to you every September, or find it at HealthAlliance.org. Call Member Services at the number on the back of your ID card. We can help you with any benefit change questions
you might have.
Plan SignalAdvantage POS Basic Rx (HMO-POS)
Change Out-of-pocket maximum reduced to $3,800. Chiropractor In Network reduced to $15. Worldwide Emergency Care now $100. Monthly premium reduced to $20.
Out-of-pocket maximum reduced to $4,900.
SignalAdvantage HMO (HMO)
Primary Care Visit reduced to $5. Specialist Visit reduced to $40. Lab copay reduced to $10.
Worldwide Emergency Care now $120.
SignalAdvantage HMO Rx (HMO) SignalAdvantage HMO Rx Plus (HMO)
Out-of-pocket maximum reduced to $3,900. Worldwide Emergency Care now $120.
Out-of-pocket maximum reduced to $2,700. Worldwide Emergency Care now $120.
