We’re happy you’re here and are excited to help you use your plan and all its perks made for you. Changes for 2024 Each year we review our plans to ensure they meet the needs of our members. We saw a need to streamline our plan offerings in 2024 and have transitioned members on our Health Alliance POS Basic plan to our Health Alliance HMO Basic plan.
The transition for you will be automatic and you don’t have to take any action, unless you’d like to choose a different plan.
With this transition your plan is changing from a POS to an HMO plan, which means you still benefit from your care being coordinated by your primary care provider, but you no longer have coverage for providers that are outside of the network unless in an urgent or emergency situation.
Other ways you can identify plan changes: Review your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) that is mailed
to you every September, or find it at HealthAllliance.org. Call Member Services at the number on the back of your ID
card. We can help you with any benefit change questions you might have.

Be Fit
Get fit with a $360/year benefit to use on a variety of fitness activities.
Vision
Get access to vision services beyond what Original Medicare covers, including a $150 annual allowance for eyewear.
