Venue is proper because the child resides in this county and this county is the legal residence of the child. 13. Respondent, Artie Chacon, is the biological natural father of the minor child. His last known address is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 14. Respondent, Tabatha Garcia, is the biological natural mother of the child. Her last known address is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 15. It is contemplated that the adoption Petition will be served on the biological parents by publication and that their parental rights will be terminated by default or that no consents or relinquishments are required to be filed in this Court. 16. The biological natural parent’s parental rights should
be terminated. The grounds for termination are as follows: a. The physical, mental and emotional welfare and needs of the adoptee are met by the Petitioners; b. The Petitioners are the only parents to which the adoptee is bonded; c. The biological parents abandoned the adoptee at birth; d. The biological parents have failed to ever support the adoptee financially, physically and emotionally; e. The adoptee has been neglected by the biological parents because they have failed to financially, physically and emotionally support the adoptee; f. The conditions of biological parents’ abandonment and neglect are unlikely to change in the foreseeable future; g. The adoptee has been in the care of Petitioners since birth; h. The adoptee has lived in the Petitioners’ home since birth; i. The adoptee has never lived with the biological parents; j. The biological parents have never had a parent-child relationship with the adoptee; k. A psychological parentchild relationship has developed between the Petitioners and the adoptee; l. The Petitioners desire to adopt the adoptee; and m. The biological parents cannot rebut the conditions described in Subparagraphs (a) through (l) above. 17. This is not an open adoption. 18. The adoptee is not an Indian child and is not subject to the provisions of the federal Indian Child Welfare Act. 19. The adoption is not subject to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children. 20. The adoptee is not foreign born. 21. The adoption is not a Convention adoption. 22. No post-placement report or pre-placement study is necessary because this is an adoption where the minor child has resided with Petitioners since birth. Petitioners’ anticipate filing a Motion to Waive the PrePlacement study and the Post Placement Report concurrent with the filing of this Petition. 23. This Petition to terminate parental rights is in contemplation of the adoption. Veterans Deserve More Victories At Home
A
fter the Sept. 11 attacks, Bobby Body enlisted in the U.S. Army. He was deployed to Habbaniyah, Iraq, where he joined a 12-man team that would travel from Ramadi to Fallujah. Their mission was to draw insurgents into the open and detain them. In broad daylight, in hostile cities, hunting down the enemy day after day, Body’s team routinely encountered dangerous confrontations. Less than a year into his deployment, Body’s Humvee was hit by a roadside bomb, severely injuring his left arm and leg. He was transported back to the United States, where he endured several surgeries. Eventually, his left leg was amputated. Diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, Body was thrust into a new reality. Body’s story is not that uncommon for America’s veterans. Post-service challenges, visible and invisible scars from war, can be devastating and overwhelming. For many, they last a lifetime. In Body’s case, he sought support and turned to competitive weightlifting as a positive outlet to help cope with PTSD and the realities of living as an amputee. With the support of family and friends plus help from DAV (Disabled American Veterans), Body went on to compete in a World Weightlifting Championship representing the United States, competing against able-bodied weightlifters. Body’s victory was becoming a weightlifting champion. Jim Sursely is a husband, father of four, grandfather, Army veteran and triple amputee, having lost both legs and his left arm at age 21 while serving in Vietnam. Despite the challenges of living with his wartime injuries, Sursely’s victory is proving there are no limitations when it comes to pursuing his life’s passions, which include spending time with family, mentoring new generations of disabled veterans, and bow hunting. Sursely rarely misses an opportunity to go on a hunting trip with friends, battle buddies and younger veterans.
When a routine parachute jump left Army Veteran CeCe Mazyck, 82nd Airborne Division, paralyzed from the waist down, she figured her dream of earning a college degree in fashion was grounded. Mazyck’s victory was finding the strength and support to finish her education. Biotech Companies Remain the “It” Stock to Have in Your Portfolio

Analysts say that what makes this particular company so attractive is the fact that it is focusing on both the medical device field and as cell therapies.
If Endonovo receives FDA approval to market its product, the company could easily reach a billion-dollar valuation.
Endonovo’s devices are based on the Time-Varying Electromagnetic Field technology originally developed at NASA. The way it works is this: the technology uses electromagnetic pulses to deliver electrical stimulation to the nervous system and cells. These devices are non-invasive and non-implantable, and are used to prevent and treat vital organ failure by reducing inflammation and cell death at the same time while promoting regeneration. In pre-clinical studies, Endonovo’s technology was found to be an innovative approach to treating acute inflammation, since others in the field typically use implantable electrodes to treat patients. For those not familiar with GvHD, it is a rare condition in which immune cells in donor bone marrow or cord blood transplants attack the recipient of the transplant, causing a failure of the graft, and is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality among recipients. Endonovo’s method is different from other companies that are also looking for a way to treat GvHD in that Endonovo’s strategy does not include genetic modification and the use of small molecule drugs to enhance the therapeutic properties of stem cells.
