BEARING & AXLE INSPECTION Wheel Bearings Inspect wheel bearings for signs of wear, including noise, play, or excessive heat. Grease bearings if necessary and replace any worn-out components.
Axle Check axle alignment to ensure proper tracking and stability. Adjust as needed to prevent uneven tire wear and improve handling.

TIRES & TRACKS
Inspect tires for cuts, punctures, and wear. Check tread depth and look for signs of uneven wear patterns. Ensure tracks are properly tensioned and aligned to prevent excessive wear and improve traction. Verify tightness of wheel nuts or bolts. Ensure they are properly torqued to prevent wheel loss and maintain safety. Measure tire pressure using a gauge and adjust as necessary according to manufacturer recommendations. Inspect spare tires and ensure they are properly inflated. Carry out any necessary maintenance to ensure they are ready for use in case of emergency.

BELTS AND CHAINS Inspect drive belts for signs of wear, cracks, or fraying. Ensure proper tension and alignment to prevent slippage.
Verify proper tension of chains, ensuring they are not too loose or too tight. Lubricate chains to reduce friction and prevent corrosion. Inspect chain guards for damage or missing parts. Ensure guards are properly installed to prevent injury and protect the chains from debris. PARKING BRAKES
Ensure parking brake engages and disengages properly to prevent unintended movement of the equipment.

Find emergency shut-off switches easily and ensure they stop all operations when activated.
