For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a 24-hour period is deemed to be the following:

During business hours (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm AEST not including public holidays and planned or unplanned shutdown periods. Applications between 4:00 pm Friday and 8:00 am Monday, will be processed and confirmed by close of business Tuesday.

The period of the 24-hour application process will begin from the time a fully completed and signed application form is received by Henry Haymes PTY LTD.
24-HOUR PROCESSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: For an application to be processed within a 24-hour period, the following conditions must be met: 1.
Applicable to applications submitted via the Creditworks Australia Pty Ltd platform.

All information requested is supplied in full and is correct including signatures and ABN.
3. Note: Applications submitted on behalf of a Trust are subject to additional requirements including signatures from ALL trustees. 4.
Subject to appropriate credit checks and approvals.
5.
Note: Consent must be obtained prior to a credit check being initiated.
6. Any applicant that is denied a credit account will be automatically converted to a Haymes Paint Trade Cash account. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Applicants for a Haymes Paint Trade Credit Account are subject to the following eligibility criteria: 1.
Applicants must be of 18 years of age at the time of application
2.
Applicants must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
3.
Applicants must not have a prior outstanding debt with Henry Haymes PTY LTD
4.
Applicants must not be currently or previously engaged in legal action against Henry Haymes PTY LTD.
