The Hawaiian Humane Society's Spring 2024 Community Newsletter
In this issue of Paw Prints, we did a deep dive into the ways our supports paws in paradise. We spoke with local property owners and realtors on how you can advocate for more pet-inclusive housing and resources in Hawaiʻi. We meet Richmond, a dog who found a loving home through our Couch Crashers foster program, as well as Brownie, a special senior dog who was adopted by a special senior named Norman through our Seniors for Seniors program. We also learn more from Hawaiian Humane's new cat and dog enrichment coordinators on how their programs are benefitting the physical, emotional and mental well-being of shelter cats and dogs while they are in Hawaiian Humane's care. We also learn more about Hawaiian Humane's advocacy and outreach programs, and the important work they're doing in the community.
