Harold Hill Town Centre Regeneration Ballot Result As you are already aware, the London Borough of Havering asked Civica Election Services (CES) to conduct a resident ballot on the proposal for the future of the Harold Hill Town Centre Area. Following the close of the ballot at 5pm on Monday 25 November 2024, the result is as follows: QUESTION: Are you in favour of the redevelopment proposal for Farnham and Hilldene Estate?
