Further notes

Plans for the site

The plans have been sent to the BUilding Safety Regulator (BSR). These will need to be approved by them and we are waiting for their response

We don’t have a timeframe from BSR yet, but will hope to provide an update to residents at the next meeting

Hoarding

Wates will review the whole site, following report that it was falling apart in some areas.

This is currently underway

Antisocial behaviour in Church premises

The Homeless Team have visited the rough sleepers and given advice to them. However, they do not have to accept the help available.

Please report any drug taking to the Police

Part of the Section 106 contribution from the joint venture partnership includes improvements to Cottons Park, given the shortfall in designing the children's play space.

The contribution will be made once the works start on site. Any problems, please contact the parks team or your ward councillors
