Once again, a big thank you to everyone that took the time to complete the STAR satisfaction survey undertaken by Kwest Research on behalf of the London Borough of Havering. We are delighted that nearly 4000 of you took the time to complete the survey and shared your views with us. We have been looking through all the feedback and analysing your comments and suggestions and have started to implement some changes based on this to improve our services to you.
