The Valletta family started the business repairing televisions, installing car radios and antennas. As the business grew, Mike and Mary moved the location from Curry Road to Altamont Avenue. They remained at this location for more than 30 years and then moved to their current state of the art facility on Carman Road. Their three sons worked in the business during their high school and college years but only the #2 son Mickey had the interest and Entrepreneurial spirit to join his folks after graduating from college. He has been running the business since 1980 and feels very fortunate to have been able to carry on the family business.
Our retail Audio-Video business is still strong and we provide experience and knowledge that the Big Box stores and internet sites can’t provide. Because Sony, Samsung and Sonos for example have an established minimum selling price, we are all selling TV’s and sound systems at the same price as the Big boxes and internet sites every day. We offer free no-obligation in-home and at business consultations and this provides great insight into the client’s needs and we establish a relationship and a bond almost immediately. We also work with some of the best custom home builders and re-modelers where we install multi-room audio/video, Outdoor Living, Home Automation, and customized home theaters into new and pre-existing homes for some of the finest builders in the area.
