FEBRUARY 19–22 FOR FOUR DAYS OF COASTAL TASTINGS

The Newport Seafood & Wine Festival is set to bring one of the Oregon Coast’s most anticipated winter weekends back to town February 19–22, pairing regional wineries, fresh coastal dishes, artisan vendors, and live entertainment in a waterfront setting that feels equal parts indulgent and unmistakably local.

Hosted in Newport, the festival runs Thursday 5–9 p.m., Friday 12–8 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m.–4 p.m.—a schedule that makes it easy to drop in for a single session or plan the full longweekend circuit.

Inside, the draw is scale and variety: organizers note over 50 Pacific Northwest wineries under one tent, more than 20 local chefs serving

fresh coastal dishes, and over 70 Pacific Northwest artisans to browse between tastings—plus a dedicated music tent that keeps the energy up when the weather turns properly February.

Traditions matter here, and the festival’s Seafood Chowder Competition remains a centerpiece—while 2026 also brings a headline-worthy new addition: a full Raw Bar, with oysters, clams, mussels, and shrimp served chilled with classic accompaniments.
