01: AVENUE
URBAN LIVING EMBODIES BALANCE.
blending...
logic, innovation, and warmth through form, material, and space.
This design expresses a clear structural rhythm and dynamic shading, using materials such as synthetic stucco, thermo-pine, and thin-set brick veneer.
Creating a modern yet welcoming environment that fosters connection, comfort, and community.

SHADING
The shaded spaces symbolzing individuals filling the spaces, while creating variations of rectangles.

Process:

PARTI MODELS
Taking elements from the grid and from the rectangular spaces, symbolizing how spaces and people interact.

Electrochromic Glass (Dynamic Glass)
Appearance: Clear-to-tinted transition provides a sleek, high-tech façade appearance Sustainability: Automatically adjusts tint to reduce solar heat gain and energy loads, improving daylighting and HVAC efficiency.

Synthetic Stucco (EIFS)
Appearance: Can be smooth or textured; achieve warm, modern finishes.
Sustainability: Provides insulation; efficient and lightweight, reducing overall material demand.

Thermo-Pine Wood
Appearance: Warm, natural wood tone with a refined grain; resists warping and fading.
Sustainability: Thermally modified wood increases durability without chemicals.

Thin-Set Brick Veneer
Appearance: True brick look with a slimmer profile; allows subtle texture and depth across facades.
Sustainability: Uses less raw material than full brick and lowers structural load

The dining area is designed as an open, modern, and welcoming space that promotes comfort and social interaction.
Large windows introduce abundant natural light, enhancing brightness and openness. Black tables paired with green chairs create a balanced, contemporary arrangement, while a warm wood bar serves as a visual focal point. Soft globe pendant lighting adds ambient warmth, and a living plant wall with the word “dine” introduces a biophilic touch.
Together, these elements create a lively yet comfortable atmosphere suited for gathering and connection.

02: CONTINUOUS
The Continuous Learning Academy + Observatory is designed to... cultivate a lifelong love for learning by integrating foundational skills with CONTINUOUS LIFE LESSONS IN EVERY SPACE.
Through immersive experiences and hands-on exploration, we create dynamic environments where curiosity, discovery, and meaningful learning flourish.

03: EQUILIBRIUM
Entertainment is positioned as a balancing FORCE...
Symbolized by the hexagon to represent harmony and equilibrium across every experience.
The space invites thought, creativity, and inquiry, while accommodating all generations and eras.
Rooted in timeless principles, entertainment remains enduring, even as it evolves within a modernized context.

Concept sketches
STEP 1
Identifying the hexagons best suited for the auditorium and developed a strategy to incorporate all hexagon types with the form

STEP 2

I overlapped multiple hexagon types in response to programmatic needs, creating a spatial sequence that gradually opens toward the auditorium.

STEP 3

Assessed ideal circulation pattern to ensure intuitive navigation and efficient movement throughout the space.
