PORT FOLIO
PROLOGUE
Thank you for taking out time to look through my portfolio. My six semesters studying architecture at Faculty Of Architecture and Ekistics ,Jamia Millia Islamia, India have been exciting and i cant wait to explore what the future has in store for me. This portfolio contains selected works from design projects developed during my first 3 years. The projects were chosen to highlight the diverse scale and approaches encompassed in my design education.
I hope to use the knowledge i have gained and contribute to the transformative work of your organization. In the process, i also hope to learn from the experience and apply those teachings back to my own academic and later professional work.

CULTURAL CENTRE Jaisalmer
HOUSE IN HILL Manali
YOGA PAVILLION Haridwar
DARSHAN VILAS Lucknow

01 Engineering College

The engineering college, situated in the composite climate of Noida, incorporates passive design strategies such as optimal orientation, jaali screens, shading devices, and thermal mass, making it climatically responsive.
The use of local materials like brick and the involvement of regional craftsmanship enhance both the building’s cultural value and its connection to place.
Designed to encourage learning beyond the classroom, the college fosters a socially, culturally, and functionally rich architectural environment.

The sectional play of the building enhances both spatial experience and functional clarity. The lecture halls are designed with a height of 4.5 meters, allowing for a volumetric stacking that reads as two levels vertically. In contrast, the library spaces and faculty offices, each with a height of 3 meters, create a more compact three-level arrangement. This variation in floor-tofloor heights forms a nesting effect, which contributes to a dynamic and interconnected sectional composition.
Additionally, this approach allows natural light to penetrate deep into the building, fostering a sense of openness and visual continuity throughout the interior spaces. The sectional strategy not only organizes programmatic functions efficiently but also enriches the spatial quality by promoting connectivity and daylight access.

The office building at 30 Gresham Street, London, is thoughtfully designed to respond to the temperate oceanic climate of the region. Passive design strategies such as optimized orientation, natural ventilation, highperformance glazing, and external shading elements contribute to thermal comfort and energy efficiency. The use of locally sourced materials and collaboration with skilled local craftsmen not only supports sustainability but also reflects the character of its urban context. The design goes beyond functionality to create a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment that encourages interaction, wellbeing, and a strong sense of identity.

YOGA PAVILLION
HARIDWAR, UTTARAKHAND
Perched gracefully on the sacred banks of the Ganga River in Haridwar, the Yoga Pavilion is envisioned as a sanctuary of stillness and inner transformation. Designed with a lightweight steel structure, its openness invites the elements—sunlight, breeze, and the gentle murmur of the flowing river—into the experience of mindfulness.
The slender columns disappear into the landscape, elevating a grand yet delicate roof that metaphorically shelters the mind. This expansive canopy becomes more than just a physical structure—it symbolizes hope, a spiritual threshold for those seeking liberation from material attachments. It is a space of healing, contemplation, and transcendence, where the vastness above mirrors the vastness within, guiding the soul toward peace.. Minimalist design provide a sanctuary for both body and mind, embodying balance and simplicity.
